I cannot express my gratitude enough for how well Meagan and John treated me, being a total stranger to them. I called up telling them that i was in search of some weird parts for carbs (fuel mixture screw springs, washers etc.) and that i was in a frenzy trying to get these parts today because i had a surgery coming up in a few days on my hip. Without even bothering to look for the parts yet, Johns first reaction was immedietly to tell me to come by and he can try and help me out, and was very friendly. So i come in a few hours later, Meagan, John and myself chat for a bit and bs, and you know what he does? He gives me the carb parts i needed, and tells me to have a nice day, youre all set, after i specifically said id pay whatever price to get these parts. THIS is the kind of people you want behind the counter at every place you shop, who understands customer care and goes even beyond that. I literally cannot wait until im healed up so i can bring them my personal bike for a tune up, and ive already recommended them to all my neighbors and friends who ride. If you guys read this, i cannot express my thanks enough.

First rate, owner operated, local bike shop. In the past, I have typically done all repairs myself since the time and cost associated with a dealer or other repair shop didnt make sense. But with time becoming more of a premium, I looked for a local guy, someone with knowledge and experiences and most of all someone I felt I could trust. On the recommendation of a friend, I used John at Cycle Passions. Very glad I did. John is a straight up guy who does all the work himself (I like that). He obviously cares about building a business by doing right by his customers. Since using John, I have recommended three different friends to him and the have all had the exact same positive experience. John is a highly trained service tech for all MAJOR brands of bikes, quads, watercraft and snow machines. I highly recommend this shop!

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST SHOP IN NJ! I wish I have found Cycle Passions before I went through all of the other places around. John gave my bike expert attention and had me up and running in no time. His prices were FAR better than the other guys and he was fast too. John is all about detail and he treats every bike like his own. The shop is clean and everyone in there is super friendly. Its the kind of place that you would even like to hang out in. Thanks! We will be back!

I emailed John and got a very fast response. When I called to set up an appointment, Meghan was great as well. Guess thats why she is ALWAYS the employee of the month. ;) Johns prices are very fair and the service was done in a very timely fashion. Both of which I love! Its good to know there is a local guy, who does the work himself and is there should you need something in a pinch. They def earned my business going forward!

Megan is a sweat heart and John is a great guy to do business with. Knowledgeable service with Safety First approach, you know you are getting the type of care you want for your Motorcycle. Service charge cant be beat, so why go anywhere else. Cycle Passions is the only place I need to know for my Bike.

This is a great place to get your bike serviced. How many shops can you walk into where you can see the bikes being worked on right there behind the counter?? I have had really good results here. Meagan runs the front desk and is very easy to deal with. Fair prices and great work. Thanks!
