5 star potential, 4 stars off one visit and one phone call based on customer service, attention to detail, competitive price for OEM parts with no delivery or return hassles, small family-owned business feel with a welcoming attitude, prompt delivery of parts and notification by phone call. I was out and about one day sourcing various cycle parts at junkyards when one of them suggested I try a local shop, Cycles at 117. I had already decided to just order the specific OEM parts I wanted to restore a dry-rotted Ninja barn-find online and deal with the shipping price and potential for return headaches, but I was close by anyway so I swung over on a rainy saturday. I passed a row of bikes for service and sale (from vtwins to bmws), went inside to a modest, but nicely stocked, parts and accesories shop and was treated fantastically by Joe. We worked together to make sure we were ordering all the right parts then double and tripple checked. There was only one other customer there during my visit, but overhearing their conversation, they work on all types of bikes for a very very fair rate (I think it was around $80/hour), and they have dyno service too! I got a call Wed that my parts were in! Once i can confirm their service or sales side of the business I can easily day this local shop will be getting 5 stars.

I love their new location. I have been a customer a long time. I have also been to a lot of repair shops, but Joey and his team are straight up. I know my bike is always serviced from a tire swap to an upgrade the way it should be....thanks guys!! Mark.

They replaced my tire quickly and effectively, even if the price was a bit high.
