Ive recently moved into the area and have been looking for a good motorcycle dealer. I ran across Monmouth Cycles after i had went to Motorcycle Center on Route 18. As soon as I walked into the door I was greeted by Omar who further assisted me in my shopping and walked me over to the parts department where i was helped by Matt. The atmosphere of the store was very appealing. The customer service I received was beyond incredible. Furthermore, the staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. The prices on all products are either extremely fair or extremely cheap. They are also very willing to work with the customer. I have now been shopping at Monmouth Cycle and I must say it is a very enjoyable experience. I have already told all my friends and family to shop here. Great guys at a great place. ME AND MY COUSIN WENT TO MONMOUTH CYCLES LAST WEEK AND I BOUGHT THERE LAST GSXR750 PAT WAS A AMAZING SALESMAN AND ANTHONY WAS VERY FRIENDLY ALSO ,OMAR THE FINANCE MANAGER WAS JUST GREAT THE PROCESS WAS FAST THE DEAL WAS INCREDIBLE ,THEY HONORED THE PRICE WE AGREED ON THE PHONE NO FUNNY BUSINESS I WILL DEFINITELY SERVICE MY BIKE THERE ,THE ASPECT I LIKE THE MOST WAS THAT THEY ALL WORKED AS A TEAM THE FINANCE MANAGER OMAR EVEN HELPED ME FIND PARTS I WAS LOOKING FOR, THEY TOOK A PICTURE OF ME AND MY BIKE AT THE END OF THE PROCESS, INTRODUCED ME TO THERE SERVICE MANAGER BEFORE I TOOK DELIVERY OF MY BIKE, IT WAS JUST GREAT THANK YOU GUYS SEE YOU WHEN MY PLATES ARE READY.

Its a good place to get a bike and get parts. But man I dread calling or going in there every time. The people there are never friendly. They always make you feel like your an idiot if you dont know an answer to there question. Sorry that you know everything there is to know about motorcycles and i dont. I thought that the reason I was going to talk to an expert. There has only been 1 encounter i have had that was good and it was in parts with a guy named Kevin i think. Super friendly guy. But like i said good place to buy a bike just terrible customer service.

I had to go in for a part and also to browse for future purchases. The store personnel were helpful and friendly and were not pushy at all, but available for any questions. They also have a service department. I was very favorably impressed and will go back. In todays world, friendly help is rare. I felt free to look around, but also was able to get all the answers to my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Lazy, rude, incompetent staff and a joke of a store. I called and asked if they had a specific size flywheel puller. They immediately said no. A few days later i ended up going there and on the shelf was the flywheel puller i needed. Not 10ft from the guy i talked to. Lazy! Guess he was to busy eating Mcdonalds to look, which ive seen. Plus you can walk around the bikes for 20mins and never talk to or see a sales person.

I was looking for leather pants and jacket, this store was listed with excellent collection of clothing like Scorpion. When to the store today found 0 pants and one leather jacket, haha this is a joke not a store dont go there. Also around the store they had buckets with dripping water into them from ac units hanging above the head lol.

Went in to look, rode out on a bike. Price was TOO good to pass up. Ed was cool, lots of nice bikes with NICE prices, everybody was friendly & made the process very smooth. Check them out.
