Extremely satisfied. I currently own a Ducati Monster S4RT. Originally I called two shops that were closer to where I live, but none of them were familiar with the version Duc I have. Let me start off by saying Matt and the team were very knowledgeable. After a gass attendant filled my bike up with the wrong octane, my bike was riding horrible. I was struggling to explain the exact issue to Matt since im a relatively new rider. It was hard to have a baseline to judge off of, but I knew there was an underlying issue. Matt personally test drove the bike, called me with an action plan, and test drove the bike again after all the work. ECS was able to pump out 25% more power out of the power band!! The bike was remapped, had the throttle botties synced, battery was no longer holding the proper voltage so it was swapped. Break pads swapped outafter seeing they were less than 1mm thick for the rear set, and a new front tire since there was no tred left. Matt was even able to source an exact match in brand of the back tire. All this, plus a suspension tune for my specific weight, and I walked out the door paying HALF of what a closer competitor wanted. Matt kept me informed every step of the way. If there was any slight deviation from the plan I originally agreed on, Matt would contact me immediately. Not once did I feel pressured to add any services on. I never felt out of the loop. No matter what type of bike you own, I highly recommend leaving it in the care of ECS. Ill never go else where again.

A few friends and I were riding upstate and I blew a tire. Tube, Metzler tire for Moto Guzzi. Not rare but not a common fix. Called 2 places, no luck and they gave me ECS number. To be honest didnt even know the name of the shop was given the number from the other 2 shops I had tried. ECS came and picked me up, the driver Frankie was an awesome companion on the ride back to the shop (40mins). Arrival at the shop eas Matthew greeting me and throwing the bike up on the lift. Since I had time we started talking old Ducatis, Moto Guzzi, MV Augusta, etc. Everyone in the shop were friendly. Made me feel like it was my local shop. As opposed to my actual local Brooklyn shops where pretentiousness is rampant. Matthew even called me up the following day to make sure I made it back to Brooklyn ok on the tire they repaired. Its the little things. I look forward to being in touch with them.

I couldnt find a place with the knowledge and a good reputation in my area to take my 2015 Triumph T100. Im glad I found these guys! ECS was a able to do a custom mapping and the outcome is DAMN awesome! I also had a problem with my bike that had nothing to do with the previous work they did. They picked up my bike fixed my issue and brought it back home. These guys have great customer service, superior knowledge and the atmosphere at the shop is great. I highly recommend ECS to anyone who needs work done and done RIGHT! .

Unlike dealerships that are constantly pushing inventory to meet their sales quota, ECS focuses on the most important issue which is service. Their is no facade here and you deal directly with the people servicing your motorcycle. Ive had numerous bad experiences with both Ducati and BMW in the NYC area, until I was fortunate enough to meet Steve and the gang. I consider them friends and go out of my way to support them in the same way that they support me. This is a riders shop operated by riders.

Steve and his crew do a wonderful job. They take the time to explain to you what needs to be done to your bike and what they recommend. I had a bad experience with another Ducati shop in the area and when I went to ECS I knew that it was the real deal. I know that when I’m riding the street or I’m doing a track day my bike is tight and safe. All I can say is you get what you pay for. Great Job keep it up. Tom 2007 999s parts unlimited

Awesome place! Had my 1150RT serviced here (12,000 mile) and will definitely be coming back. Friendly staff. Certified techs. Really fair prices. You pay by the hour, not by flat fee like at a dealership. The guys had me in and out in a few hours and the bike was humming. Couldn’t be happier.

When I cant do something myself, I take my Ducati to ECS. These guys are really good. This is no cheap deal place, but when they do something they it right. So if you have a euro bike (BMW, Ducati, KTM, MV, etc) this is the place to go if your bike needs competent wrenching.

Go here for excellent service and awesome prices. Ducati / Aprilia and Japanese Sportbikes these guys can do it all! The owners and staff know how to ride, service bikes with attention to detail, and take care of their customers!

As far as I know, its the best shop in the tri-state area for a balance of super service, fair numbers, and good people! I wouldnt ever think of going anywhere else with my Ducati or any European bike…
