I TOTALLY REGRET ever dealing with this place. The service department is by far the most unprofessional, unorganized people ever. I purchased a Polaris slingshot from them over a year ago ( I had a very nice experience with the sales department). I even purchased an exhaust from them with no problem. In fact I was asked by management to go on Google and leave a positive review because they were having a lot of negative reviews from disgruntle customers. Which I did , I left a very positive review because up to that point Ive had only positive experiences. The problems began when I ordered an aftermarket intake. (Its important to know Im close to Longisland , & getting to them takes a bit of time, about an hour and 15 minutes each way). I was called and told my intake had arrived and I could come pick it up. Only when I got there , it wasnt. I drove there for nothing. when asked why I was called and told to pick it up ,I was told because of them moving to a new location they made a mistake. 2months go by & still my part is not In. I call them and Im told once again the part is in , come on down. When I get there its the wrong color & Im told my brakes are in too ( I never ordered brakes). I can only assume they confused customers and orders. When I get home , the rubber connections are missing from the intake. I have to contact manufacture for missing parts. Fast forward- after driving a few months ,the Machine is riddled with recalls and problems. Specifically in the rear of the vehicle. I bring it in because of a knocking sound in the rear. I make my appointment and drop it off. Once there I go for a ride with the Service manager so he can hear the noise. He recognizes the sound and says they will take care of it not to worry everything is under warranty. After 3 weeks I dont hear anything from them, so I call them. They tell me its ready. I go to pic it up. When there , the service manager and I go for a test ride ( as is protocol ) and sure enough the sound is still there. When I asked him what they did ,he told me flat out .. nothing. So for 3 weeks they did nothing. He claims when their technician drove it , it made no sound. Took them 3 weeks to tell me that. He tells me to leave it and they will look into it again. ... ... 7 weeks have now passed and I get a call to pic it up ,they can no longer keep it there. Im told the wheel and tire was replaced, but I need a new pulley system. Im told when the part comes in I will get a call back. ... I never herd from them again. Iv called multiple times , and either get hung up on , or passed around and put on hold until they eventually disconnect me. Thanks for a $26,000 noise maker, From June 2016 to February 2017. I opened a case against locomotion thru Polaris, as it turns out , I wasnt alone. -you have been warned.

Locomotion Powersports in Suffern is a great dealership that I have been going to for all my motorcycle needs for many years. In that time I have had my bikes (Sprint 955, Tiger 1050, Kawasaki ) regularly serviced by them and all the staff are very friendly, interested, and ready to chat about things motorcycle. My wife and I have also purchased new Triumph motorcycles (Street Triple in 2013 for her, and recently a Speed Triple in 2015 for me) from Frank in the sales department. His knowledge, his advice, and in the end patience with us as we researched what we wanted, when we wanted to buy etc. etc was great and made the experience stress free. I have to say I spent a lot of time researching, and going round other dealerships figuring out what we wanted for my wife and then again for myself. Frank and Anthony are no nonsense guys and were always willing to help with unbiased advice and insight into different types of motorcycles we might want to consider, indeed often making suggestions for comparison purposes. They have such confidence in the service and products that they offer they knew we would buy from them in the end, which of course we did as they are very competitive with anyone out there. Indeed when my wife started riding they made suggestions about what she do, and recommendations for starter bikes before “graduating” to the more powerful Street Triple. I recognize their good advice contributed significantly to my wife’s enjoyment of motorcycling. I thoroughly recommend them as a dealership as they provide an excellent product and service. I thoroughly recommend them, they are the sort of dealership that recognizes customer relationships and wants you to keep coming back.

This place sucks!!! I brought my rhino there to do a whole tune up on everything, fix the parking brake, install a new winch, and fix this problem that i have in the winter with the gears where water freezes up inside gears and i cant shift it. they got the parking brake, the winch, and the tune up right but the problem with the gears was even worse when i got it back. After that i gave them a second chance and brought my dirt bike and to fix the back light on my atv which was also causing fuses to rapidly burn out. now there is a problem with the electric start on my dirtbike and when i took my atv on a trail ride only 3 months after i had it at shop, i turned it off for a second and nothing, not even the lights that go on when you turn the key would work, and its a brand new battery but i had it checked anyway as well as all the fuses and wires and the battery and fuses were fine. And on top of that, it took almost a month to fix the dirtbike and atv. These guys dont know what the hell there doing and they charge long labor hours so that they could learn just how to take apart the vehicle Please, dont piss away ur money and ur vehicle on these dopes

I want to start by saying thank you very much to Carmine Muraglia (Sales Specialist) for a great service and experience. I was on the market for a Polaris slingshot and went to different dealers to come out empty handed ( Not related to credit or financial issues ) it was just the service and the unwillingness of the sale agents to help or even care. Everything changes with one phone call to Locomotion Powersports, the second I called Carmen Murgalia picked up and the difference of customer service was Day and Night comparing them to the other dealers. The experience got better and better as I went along with my purchase process jumping from Carmine to John Marinaccio (delivery coordinator) to the store general manager Anthony Petralia that was also very helpful. The cherry on top was the really nice personality and charisma from Angela the stores floor attendant. To conclude I will recommend Locomotion Powersports to every one that is looking for a new ride and for a great customer experience. Thank you very much, Johnny Builes
