If I could give them 0 starts I would. My experience with Jersey Shore Power sports was one of the worst ones in my life. They advertised seadoo rxp 300 for sale at $13.7K. I called a day prior to showing up to confirm the price and was told by the sales person that they dont discuss prices over the phone because theyre that good (shouldve been my #1 sign of why not to go there). I asked if I could bring my jet ski for evaluation for a potential trade in in case I decided to do that and buy the rxp 300 (I own 2015 seadoo rxpx 260). The day that I was going there I called again to make sure that if I arrive at 4pm there will still be sufficient time to complete the sale and was told that yes theres plenty of time. Upon my arrival (at 4) the sales person told me to hang tight. Around 6pm the sales person put together a sales agreement (took them 2 hours to evaluate my ski and to prepare and show me the sales agreement). Per the sales agreement the price of the ski they were selling went from $13.7K to $15.2K and in addition they added mandatory coast guard whistle and a fire extinguisher for $820 (and when I showed them that I already had it they offered to me half for nothing). Seadoo is currently running a promotion of $500 back but they add it and say that they are the ones giving you $500 off pretending to be something they are not. Then they insisted that I go through their local bank in hopes to get a better rate than Sheffield Financial which is commonly used to finance jet skis (they came back with a rate of 8%, my credit is excellent and I have a loan for my curent ski with Sheffield at 3.7%). Lady from the financing department didnt even ask me about the term and quickly decided that I should finance for 7 years. In the meantime they were making sure to drag out the time to 7 oclock in order to give me no time for any negotiation and sign the paperwork and leave. They offered me decent money for trade in but when it came time to review payments and final costs it was as if I was gifting them my ski for free. Essentially what they finally proposed totaled to $25.8K but rather than presenting me with that amount thy tried to sneak around and hide it and only show me the monthly payment hoping that I would not really count, consider the rate and he term. I currently owe $10K on my current ski so basically they were going to take mine (with warranty still) and sell me their rxp 300 for $25.8K. I ended up taking my papers and jut walking out. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! I am amazed at how 5 employees along with sales manager/ owner were not able to manage and help 2 customers from 4-7. Sales manager / owner (that sits on a podium) looks and feels like he used to be cheesy used car salesman in Brooklyn NY that failed miserably with cars and decided to move on to power sports. I read bad reviews prior to heading there but thought that people were too skeptical and thought would give them a chance. Real people reviews dont lie.

Let me start off by saying this, Allen the salesman i dealt with was awesome. I came in to purchase a 2008 GSX-R and couldnt have been more pleased with the bike. Everything went smooth with down payment and trade in value but the problem seems to be a lapse in communication with financing. I went in on Wednesday of this past week and since then I have had zero communication. Ive now called in 4 times and spoken to sales and financing all promising to call me back before the end of the day or within a few minutes. I even went as far as to call the bank they were going to setup the financing with and they have no record of ever receiving anything. Very poor communication and I am extremely frustrated at this point as I can not get a straight answer from anyone. EDIT: Spoke with Jimmy and was able to get some answers and reassurance. Thank you for your response time! EDIT: Now into the 3rd week waiting on financing. Getting the run around from everyone. Promises are being made to get off the phone and never followed up on. EDIT: 4/5/17 So the bike was finally delivered to me a month after I made the first down payment. The financing company had to have them "re-register" because the business switched hands? I was told I was going to have to re-submit my application and they would overnight the documents to me. The next day I called the bank and found out I had been approved. The bank released the funds earlier in the week. So I called the dealership and asked what the deal was.....more of "let me get your number Ill call you back in 5 minutes." And into the abyss of no call backs we go. The bike was finally delivered after speaking with Jimmy...later the next week. Fast forward to a month later. I still havent received registration or tags so I figure, against my better judgement, I had better call and find out. Turns out they have my both but never sent it out due to an "out of state" charge. I was told they had tried to contact me. Interesting how I have no missed calls or voicemails. ( from the horrible process of purchasing the bike I have all their numbers AS CONTACTS in my phone). I paid the charge and was told it will be overnighted to me tonight. Case and point: These people do not care about your business or you as the customer. They care about money. Once you sign that dotted line you might as well have never existed. Avoid this place at all costs.

August 10th update: I was happy when finally I was told my Spark was repaired and it was being returned. They brought the ski to the water and I got on it and drove about 1 minute and the engine and oil light came on. The spark was leaking oil all over the water. I cant believe they returned an improperly repaired machine to me, especially after all this time! That was on July 28th and as of today I still do not have my Spark back. At this point I have nothing to loose other than let everyone know to avoid this place like the plague. 2 years and 36 hours on the water. This place is full of broken promises and disappointment. Go somewhere else! Dont give these people your money. Initially, I was happy to write a positive review about Jersey Power Sports. I bought a new Sea Doo spark in 2016. Sadly, after my purchase, things went down-hill quickly. The first season I found my Spark submerged half-way underwater when I left it tied up to my dock one night. I was told that it was not put together correctly and they missed screwing in some bolts that affected the seal. After a month, I finally got my ski back at the end of the summer. This season, with only 36 hours on the machine, the oil light and check engine light came on. I had them pick up the ski on June 27th. I still do not have my Spark back. The service department constantly fails to deliver on its promises. Yesterday (Sunday) they were supposed to deliver my spark back to me. An hour before the delivery, the service manager calls me and says that he "just tested the ski to double check everything was ok and the engine and oil light are still on". Really? He double checked it last minute? These broken promises and missed appointments/call backs are unacceptable. There is poor communication and a level of customer appreciation and respect that disappears after you sign your sales contract. I bought a brand new machine and in two years it has been in the shop both summers for over a month. Horrible customer service and experience!!! My spark is under warranty so this should be easy. Bottom line is they dont service their sales well and if you run into a problem, good luck! My advice is to go somewhere else with your business!
