I had been thinking of buying a new Harley for a few years after I gave up riding and got married, house, kid etc. I had heard a lot of horror stories about the previous ownership when it was NewRoc HD. Anyway, I decided to stop by in Sept of 2013, just to take a look. I found a 13 Vrod muscle that was the exact color and specs that I wanted. They made me a great deal so I went for it. I had the bike for a couple of months, but I really felt it was the wrong bike. I wanted more comfort, practicality and I didnt care if I gave up HP. So, come November I decided to test ride a 13 leftover Road Glide Custom. I fell in love with the bike. It handled better than my Vrod once it got moving, enough oomph for me and I loved the radio and storage. Well I spent a few days negotiating with one of the owners, Kyle. He ended up making me a great deal on a new 13 Big Blue Pearl RGC with about $3K in accessories and my 13 Vrod trade in. The experience has been great with the entire staff. From Kyle down to John in sales, Al the Sales Mgr, John the Parts Mgr in parts, Rosie in accessories and Rob the service Manager. These guys are all very professional and aim to please the customer!

updated review 9/27/16 I love Empire! I am always treated extremely well here. I have formed solid friendships not only with the staff over the past 3 years but many other customers as well. stopping in on the weekends is something i do often. My dog is always welcome here and is always sporting his Harley collar. ====================================================== I purchased my first motorcycle at the end of August from Empire Harley. I had a good feeling going with them aside from the fact they are my local dealership. I have been back to the dealership numerous times since my purchase and literally every staff member still treats me with the same respect as a brand new customer. I have become friends with the entire staff. needless to say empire harley and its staff has gone way above and beyond my expectation levels. I am loving every experience so far with buying the bike from them. The new owners, Cooper and Kyle, clearly understand what it takes to run a successful dealership. Thanks again to all the staff; Ashley in clothing, Charlie in parts, John in service, Anthony in financing & last but certainly not least, Mean Green my salesman. Ride safely!

I am not one who usually leaves feedback but I felt compelled to leave a very favorable review for the staff at Empire HD, most notably Kyle H., Pete M & John S. These guys are the epitome of customer service!!! I have traded old bikes for new a couple of times and always felt I was treated fairly. Theres always a friendly greeting when entering the dealership. They have gone out of their way for me numerous times to make sure I was happy. Their customer service is top notch and second to no one. Most recently though, I became permanently disabled and no longer able to ride. The staff at Empire have been doing everything in their power to help me sell my bike. Without going into details, I know they have made exceptions for me that no other dealer would even consider! I will forever be thankful & highly recommend Empire HD to anyone looking to buy a Harley or who is just tired of being mistreated by all the other dealers. I hope to ride again someday but until then, I will proudly wear my Empire HD clothes! Bottom line, if you are serious about your HD.....you would be foolish to go anywhere but Empire Harley Davidson!

My first impression after stepping on the premises, You have the feeling of a well staffed and competent establishment, neat clean and inviting. The moment you need assistance they are with in reach with out being overbearing or overwhelming. Ready to listen to your needs and help in the perfect choice and selection . Willing to bend over backwards to assist you, with their knowledgeable and welcoming staff. the Magnetism does not stop there they will ease you through every aspect of you acquiring just the right selection and all the trimmings. The warm and beautiful staff behind the accessories are very willing to go all out to help and find just what you are looking for. The Parts department are very professional in knowing and suggesting just what would do best for you and your new or pre-owned dream machine. They are confirmed and committed to doing the very best they can for you and then some.

I had an appointment this morning for 20K service. Sam got me in right away. Curtis serviced my bike and he did excellent job and in a timely manner. I knew I would have to wait a while, so I walked around...and shopped. I decided I needed sissy bar for my T-bag for summer adventures and a cell phone holder and they didnt mind adding them on while servicing the bike. Heather remembered me from previous service time and she asked how did I like the jacket and boots she recommended last time. The parts department was fully stocked and everyone was very polite and eager to answer my questions about pretty much anything. Angel took his time to show me a new bike, so we have an appointment for November...LOL.. James was keeping me busy between his meetings with advice on long distance riding tricks. I am extremely happy with Empire HD services.

“Hard to put in words how great of a staff you have assembled. Dina made sure I was getting the right bike, after evaluating my trade, listening to the issue I have with my hands falling asleep, she knew the roadster I was looking at was not the right bike. I wanted the 48 from the beginning, but was told the mid controls would not fit. Peter came out and set the record straight. This made the bike I wanted a reality. Stepahanie worked hard with me to get the numbers right, and then returned every phone call, with knowledge and answers to every question. Then Kris went out of his way, delivered the bike to my home, then when we found out the temp reg did not get to me he made another trip to my house. The people that you have are what makes your store great. Please share my comments with them, they need to know what a great job they do!!!”

Out of town and towed in late at night with a flat rear tire Friday night. Called first thing at 10am to get my name on the schedule. Made sure they knew I was from out of town. Called at 3pm and nobody knew what I was talking about. Was told maybe Monday for repair. Another phone call and I was told they didnt have a tire and no time to diagnose the no start complaint (I never asked for a tire and the bike starts fine) after a 4th call we finally figured out I was out of town and the bike needed a tube. 3 service personnel involved and a lot of garbage information and stress for a flatotal tire. Come on guys...this the best you can do? And.... a full $245 charge to tube a tire? Maybe thatsome acceptable in NYC but in upstate ny.... I couldnt ever pass that off in my service department
