My experience at Triumph of Westchester was nothing but pleasant. I came to them after having tried 4 other dealerships in the tri-State area. Although I initially came in to see a used Honda Shadow, I ended up coming out with Triumph Bonneville T100 and couldnt be happier. They were extremely accommodating in terms of finding a financial deal that worked for me, they never pushed the sale, they never rushed the sale (I must have spent over 3 hours there that first day), and they always treated me with respect (something the other dealerships did not). Perhaps the biggest selling point for me was how VETERAN FRIENDLY they were. Triumph dealerships nationally have discounts for veterans however, Les and Adriana went above and beyond, providing me with even more discounts at the cost of their store. All-in-all, instead of having to piece together the majority of my gear over the process of a few months through the internet and running around to different stores, I managed to get most of my gear there with the help of their staff and their accommodation in ordering gear. They didnt try to push the $600 helmet on me like some places would nor try to get me to buy the Triumph logo gear that makes it look like Triumph has thrown up on you and youre now a walking billboard. They gave me their honest riders opinions about what gear works, what doesnt, whats necessary, and what isnt. Peter and Adriana (both from sales) worked with my budget and my style taking the time and effort necessary to make sure I walked out satisfied all the while making the experience extremely enjoyable. All-in-all, Im extremely satisfied. I drove out with a bike that turns heads (at least 5 on the drive home from the dealership) and confidence that this was the right way to buy a bike. For those looking for used bikes, they have a pretty competitive selection and can accommodate accordingly to what your needs are. Theyre great with new riders, grizzled old veteran bikers, or anything in between and, perhaps most importantly, THEY DONT PUSH THE SALE. They understand one of the most fundamental aspects of sales that so many dealerships today seem to forget: the customers satisfaction is the best thing for business. I will be returning (if for nothing else than the free espresso shots).

I cant say enough positive things about my experience and purchase with Westchester Triumph. I now understand why they recently were awarded Triumph Dealer of the Year, they pay a lot of attention to every detail and their customer service sets them a step above other dealers. Les the manager makes sure that each and every customer is taken care of and is satisfied and happy. While this may be too much gushing, 6 stars would be an accurate rating for this dealer! All of the staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help, even on a busy Saturday. My salesman, Ben, was good at listening to my needs and experience and was very laid back without any sales pressure. I had a black Bonneville T120 bike on order, due to arrive any day, and decided to drop in this past weekend to see a similar bike but in a metallic fleck burgundy color. Wow, I switched my choice to that! It was 2 hours before closing time (5pm) on a very busy Saturday and I asked Ben if he could have the bike ready before closing! Without hesitation Ben said, yes we can do it! I know how much these guys hustled to have my 2016 Bonneville T120 ready to go at 5pm (and they are insistent that every little thing is perfect and your happy with the result!)t The guys in the shop hustled to have my bike ready that afternoon despite the short notice. I received a call a couple days later on the Monday from Ben after buying the bike Saturday. He wanted to be sure all was well with the bike and wanted to know how I liked it up to now and see if they could do anything for me. I also had help from Peter who offered his extensive knowledge and experience with my many questions on their riding gear, helmets, jackets, pants, electronics, and much more. Showroom is well stocked with everything you many need and I found their prices competitive. Raphael, multitasking in all areas, including doing a Bluetooth helmet install for me. While they are a Triumph dealer they do have a lot of bike knowledge and experience working on all brands. The staff are riders who love to ride and just simply love bikes. They obviously take pride in their work and each of them did a great job in their particular area of expertise. I highly recommend buying your bike here, youll be happy you did!

Buying a brand new motorcycle is a lot like getting married, you want it to be as enjoyable and stress-free as possible because you only get to do it 2-3 times in your life. The staff at Triumph of Westchester did everything to make sure it was exactly that when I recently bought my 2014 Bonneville. In all seriousness, for most of us, making a purchase of this magnitude is a special and exciting occasion. Unfortunately, it’s one that can easily turn sour if dealing with the wrong people. However, during my conversations and negotiations with Les (salesperson/part-owner), I felt that there was a mutual desire to get me on the bike that I wanted at a price that I was comfortable with. There was no pressure to act fast nor was it ever suggested that I opt for a trim or color or option that I didnt need/want. Les was extremely professional in keeping the negotiations moving smoothly and in his knowledge of both the product and the buying process. As for parts and service, to date everything has gone well. My initial impression of the staff is that they are very friendly and helpful. At the time of my purchase the bike was prepped properly and all its features were explained to me before I rode off. Also, theyve assisted in ordering and installing aftermarket parts to my satisfaction. I fully expect this level of customer service to continue as I bring my bike back for scheduled maintenance and further customization. All in all, this place is top notch. I live in New York City and there are certainly closer places to buy and service a bike. My advice: drive the extra few miles to Triumph of Westchester and work with people who value your business and care about your motorcycle.

i bought a second hand overpriced bike there just because i thought they really do an extensive checking on the bikes they do sell (mine costed me 3300 besides 1800-2000 that would cost directly buying the same one outside) i bought it a saturday, coordinating it in advance, they got me waiting near 6 hours on site, next day while practicing in a parking lot it turned off and the battery was totally dead, I had to take the bike back to them (one week after "when they had time") to check it and tell me the same i told them, the battery was useless, at least they replaced it.. now, less than two month after, the throttle cable broke while my commute and i was dumped again in the middle of a highway. yes.. usual things that brake in a motorcycle, but knowing that they do the same checks on a bike than the ones somebody like me that doesnt know about motorcycle mechanics, and do a complete service (oil change, thats it) I would go back in time and buy it outside there and just spend the money in doing a real check and service to it. really over priced, besides nice sales people, nothing else to look in there. At the end the only thing good I had there was motivation to learn and do my own reparations while i find a good place to do service to my bike.
