Rude and horrible customer service. They are not authorized re-sellers of Samsung, one of the brands that they push. I found that out the hard way, when I bought a wash machine that broke a month after I bought it. Got it serviced, then it broke again a few days later. Samsung offered to re-imburse me for the cost (I had to go directly to them) but later refused, as the retailer "was not an authorized reseller"!

They are very knowledgeable and their prices are Super competitive. I recently bought a Upright freezer and a cabinet mount Microwave. They beat Home Depot / Lowes and delivery was ""same day"
