Woke up this morning to a warm refrigerator/freezer. Placed a call at 7:30am and Solomon arrived at our home at 9:45am on a Sunday morning. He diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes and ordered the part which he didnt expect to have until Monday afternoon. To our surprise, we received a call at 2:30pm and were told that he had the part and could complete the repair that day which he did. Solomon was efficient, friendly and literally saved our day. We would gladly recommend this company for all appliance repairs without reservation!

My dryer developed some fault and had a very bad smell, I searched appliance repair medic on google and i was able to fix an appointment the same day. Smith came to the appointment, and he was so courteous, considerate, friendly, honest and absolutely amazing!!! He was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. I own an apartment in Pomona that i rent out. My renter called me and said that we need to get an appliance repair company out to repair the lg dryer which stopped drying all of the sudden. After calling 3 other guys that do not service lg appliances than called this company they are autorized fro lg i got to these guys which were such a pleasure to work with! Our oven suddenly stopped working, i called Appliance Repair Medic service. He arrived on time and they were able to fix it very quickly after finding a burnt wires behind the oven. The problem was discovered and now our oven works great! I was pleasantly surprised with the service we received and the price. And they are very honest about their diagnosis and prices. I will definitely use their service again.

i was so impressed with the professionalism and the speed which they fixed my washer... and they had the part...they had called earlier to say they had cancellations could they come earlier.....there were two service men one was training ..it was a tight space for them to work in..but they got right to it.. they even asked if i wanted the old part to show my husband.....i will definitely use them again.

Appliance Repair Medic did a great job today! Their Experts came perfectly on time and checked my washing machine. I suspected that there was clog in tubes. Their experts found that my machine has a problem with a drain pump, and that I will have to replace it.
