Simply put the worst. Really bad brand representation for Home Depot. Ordered simple Dishwasher as a Christmas gift 2 months a head of time, when delivery date came up - they called day before like they said they would, scheduled it. Parents took off from work, day of delivery shipping company calls says they arent coming , they couldnt find the unit in the warehouse, the next two weeks proceed with endless calls trying to get a straight answer, the store representatives basically were saying they cant get another dishwasher from GE until someone finds the original one, they were blaming on GE policy. Wouldnt take any responsibility, After literally 20 calls and a few hours, got someone to make the right decision and just cancel that order and reorder another one, after explaining the customer of two multi-billion dollar companies should not be the one trying to track down the item they paid for 2 months ago. Then delivery was rescheduled again, I was told GE container was flooded and would take another week, ok at this point whatever. Then they come and install not installed correctly, they give number to my parents to call and try to get delivery company to come back and now another whole day of noone picking up phone there. Literally been on hold with customer service 20 minutes right now, as they keep saying hold on Im transferring you and then they get back on and say no one has picked up yet. A complete joke . If I was corporate I would definitely get in there and take a look at store manager and floor level managers, too many people either just dont care about their job or havent been given the right tools and training to get it done. Complete shame, will shop online or local hardware whenever possible.

Horrible when trying to get help via phone. They promise to call you back and never do. If you elect to hold you have to stay on hold for a very long time. Trying to talk to the pro-desk to a special order for window glazing channel that nobody else in the store seem to be able to do even though its probably a $30 item. Ive been on hold over 12 minutes and counting. This not the first time this has happened either.

I went to the Hazlet store on Friday the 15th looking for a Front door.. After a about 15 minutes there I asked if anybody was going to help me. One of the employees asked what I wanted to know in an unfriendly manner. He acteed like he did not want to bother. Consequently I went to another store wjhere I was welcome and bought a door. Home Depot lost a sale of $1,700.

Waste of money... I used to cut trees? Thats what I thought it was suppose to do, after cutting down 3 trees with a 6" circumference, chain was dull. Replaced chain cost 25 bucks this time cut 5 trees and the bar front pulley was loose and chain kept jamming. If you wondering I used chain oil through the auto feeder and that worked fine. Do not buy its a piece of junk!

This is my favorite store of all. I like to do home improvement things on my own and they have everything I need and people working there are great. Everything is easy to find and what I like the most is if you buy anything from them and dont like it then just bring back and no question ask they take back.
