Was having an issue with my oven getting to the right temp. Called for service and had a technician in very quickly. As soon as he came in, he was very condescending: telling me that it was a waste of time to call for the repair, couldnt I just cook things longer, how did I even know the oven wasnt getting to temperature. When I informed him I was using an oven thermometer that Ive had for many years he balked and insisted that I couldnt be using anything more than a meat thermometer. All of this happened before he even bothered to look at the oven. At one point he said to me, "Unless youre a professional chef, I cant see how you would even notice." He kept rattling on about how much of a waste this was, until he actually opened the oven and looked at the ovens internal thermometer. All of a sudden his entire tune changed. He still acted like it wasnt a big deal, but no more "This is a waste, you shouldnt have called." I also asked him about an issue with the heating elements on the stove top, just to see if it was related. After playing with the controls on the stove top he turned to me and said "How often do you clean it?" I assumed he was referring to the glass stove top he just asked me about. I told him once a week. He blew up, yelling at me, calling me crazy for using the ovens "Auto-Clean" once a week. When I told him this wasnt the case he called me a liar, saying I was trying to cover up for what I just said. He settled down but still didnt believe me. We agreed to the repair but unfortunately they would not honor my request to not have this technician come to my house again. He arrived while my wife was around and gave us a condescending speech about how to use a meat thermometer. So despite the fact that there was an actual problem with the oven, we were still wrong! While the quality of the repair work was decent, the attitude of the technician was abysmal. I would never go to them again.

I found Immediate Appliance online after my refrigerator/freezer died in the middle of a holiday weekend. Beverly answered my initial call. She was helpful, professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. she kept me calm and assured me IA could take care of the problem and probably would be able to complete the repair on the initial visit. Fortunately there was a technician in my area who arrived at my home less than 45 minutes after my call. Luis was personable, professional and knowledgeable. He completed his work and provided me with a quote for the repairs. In my case a part needed to be ordered. Luis told me that due to the holiday it might be 3-4 days for the part to arrive. He said someone would contact me to schedule the work as soon as the part was in. I received a call 2 days later and the repair has been scheduled for today. In fact, I just received a call letting me know that the technician is on his way. I found the price fair and reasonable and the customer service outstanding. I appreciate how easy IA was to do business with IA at a very difficult time. I will certainly use them again and have already passed their number along to friends.

I was extremely happy with my experience with Immediate Appliance! I called because my washing machine was broken. I was offered a time slot for the next day and the technician showed up on time and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, the part had to be ordered and another appointment made. The technician came back within a couple of days and fixed it. Wouldnt you know it, more things kept breaking on it and I had multiple visits (including one from the owner) to correctly diagnose and fix it. Everyone that I dealt with was courteous and professional and very collaborative in the efforts to get me a working washing machine. I would not hesitate to call them again for any appliance in my house that decides to act up! I should also add that I wasnt charged for the additional visits being that it was considered one job!

I am very disappointed with the service. Serviceman Mike, replaced an igniter switch and fuse. He walked out and dryer didnt heat (original problem) Came back next day, said igniter blew out again, but still couldnt get dryer to work after the second replacement. Had to call for assistance, then it worked. Until I mentioned an unusual amount of lint build up inside the dryer mechanism, he would not have removed it before replacing the face. Kept saying there was moisture buildup (the reason for the original call), but didnt have a solution other than replacing the outside vent. Ive never heard of water being able to get into a turned down vent opening!!! He left me with the feeling that the problem would reoccur, and showed little interest in solving the problem

I called Immediate Appliance Services on 5/9 after the glass on my oven door cracked and simultaneously my dishwasher was growling. They came out the same day, The technician was Jay and he was very nice and informative. He explained that with a glass oven door if the oven is at 350 and a liquid of a much lesser temperature comes in contact with it, it will crack. Who new? I was given a fair price as I had compared. I didnt feel I was being gouged. Jay ordered the parts and returned the next day. The job was completed quickly and Jay cleaned up as he worked and after. He even vacuumed behind my dishwasher. Going forward I will only use Immediate Appliance and would highly recommend them to anyone.

This was my first time using Immediate Appliance and I was extremely satisfied with the level of service I received. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. My dryer was up and running within 24 hours of calling to schedule a service and the gentleman that came to my house was extremely professional, quick and efficient. The service was so stress free that I may never purchase another warranty on my appliances again just so I am not forced to deal with the big box retailers service companies. I could not be more satisfied with my experience with this company and will be recommending it to friends and family.

We remembered having received excellent service in the past, so when our washing machine stopped agitating we called Immediate Appliance Service Inc. We quickly had an appointment scheduled. Our serviceman, Bill, was prompt, pleasant and professional. He arranged for the part to be delivered from another location and he came back later the same day to complete our repair... and it was a snowy, inclement day!!! It was an outstanding customer service experience. We will remember Immediate Appliance for all our service needs and will gladly tell others about you.

We called at 9AM for a non functioning oven. Beverly at the office scheduled us for an 11A-3P slot that day. She called at 11:15 and told us to expect the technican in about 30 minutes. Mike came by 11:45, saw the problem, explained the problem, and replaced the part immediately. He was out by 12:15 and we have a functioning oven. I am impressed with both Beverly and Mike; both were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and customer service savvy (I especially liked the call telling us Mike would be here in 30 minutes). I definitely recommend them.
