The problem resides with the fact that Home Depot outsources applicance delivery to Spirit Delivery in New Jersey. We pucrchased a dishwasher a month ago a week later when they installed it they simply pressed the button to hear some noise and didnt bother to check if the water was actually running. Then we call to have some one come back out to have it removed they rescheduled and returned two weeks later. Upon return they claimed that they could not remove it because it was hard wired. They didnt even check!!! This is a brand new washer. How could it have been hard wired???! They then proceeded to insult my mother in law to say that she didnt know what she was talking about and that they they properly installed it the first time. Its been an absolutely horrible experience. Its so difficult to get in touch with someone to verify a cancellation to have some one scheduled that this process has taken nearly a month and it is still not resolved. Home Depot this delivery service is YOUR contractor. This means that they are your face when delivering appliances to customers. All because a company is cheaper it doesnt mean that they are a good value. This company is directly getting into arguments with its customers and ruining YOUR brand. As soon as we get this dishwasher removed we will be going to Lowes.

September first I’ve bought a box of 32 tiles nice blue color(all what they had), 9 tiles same size, but different blue, couple mosaics. 5 minutes later I went back to the store and bought a big blue tile (they have just 17 of them on the back shelf).I was thinking to put nice blue back splash for my kitchen. It did not work out. I v brought everything back to the same store and spent half of hour returning stuff. They told me that on the receipt for big blue tile they put lumber sku number(I did not do it),guy from tile department told me they never sold them (they were still selling them), that some of my 32 small tiles they were special order and they are not selling them for a year. Also manager did not remember putting lumber sku number on my receipt. After 30 minutes of the accusations and all the embarrassment they gave me store credit. Happy Labor Day! I had the good luck on three separate occasions to run into Kevin, a dept. manager who seems to know where absolutely everything in the store is located! Not just my items, but other customers who approached Kevin as he was helping me. Theyd ask where to find an item and without even having to think about it, he directed them to it. Not just the aisle, but which side,how far down and lets say: eye level, near the top,etc.! Im 55 yr.s old and have been in a lot of hardware stores and garden centers, I can honestly say that I have never seen anyone so spot on and pleasant before as this guy. Next time, if Im not sure where my stuff is Im not looking for it, Im looking for Kevin M.

WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN THIS STORE. NO SUPPORT AND HELP. I have ordered dish washer along with delivery and installation. The product was delivered in a week. But the installation was not done because they asked me the disconnect the water pipe. They asked me to keep the product at home and reschedule the installation. I have rescheduled. The installation team came on that day and opened the dishwasher and found its a damaged product. They asked me to check with product vendor and left the product at my home. I am trying to get help from Home Depot team to resolve my issue and get the replacement. I am not at all getting any help.

Its an ok home depot, nice people for the most part. The bathrooms arent clean. But over all a nice place. Except they have wild raccoons roaming around, and randomly close down areas because of the raccoons. But refuse to do anything about them because they kill the mice. Well they are also a danger and they are eating the bird food. We were kicked out of the garden center by Scott who was very rude about the whole situation. Alex on the other hand was very friendly! If Alex was the only person we dealt with i would give this place a 5 star!

Terrible, Im a contractor and it allways takes over two hours to get out of there. This is true for most home depots they need to establish a better system and stop hiring minimum wage employees and offering no benefits and start hiring some guys with knowledge that know how to work in a lumber yard

The gentlemen wear the seeds are for planting flowers. Then ask another person then another all three sent me to the service area for questions pertaining to finding seeds in the packets to plant. Gentlemen stated Im only part-time have no idea where they are. I was very disappointed.

I ordered a grill online and came to the Freehold store to pick it up. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly, patient and helpful. Kim in customer service was beyond sweet and professional and Louie came outside to help us put it in the car and he was amazing. Great experience.

Store was very organized. Employee by the name of Ryan was extremely helpful and and personally offered to assemble my grill so that I can have it in time for my day off. Everyone was there to help load it onto truck upon pick up. Great store great people :)

Staff are friendly and give advice. Products are expensive. Hi pitch sale for getting "their" credit card. A bit of advice, be like Walmart and do "lay away." You will bring in loads of customers for the holidays and every other time of year.

Im here now at the pro desk and the so rude!!! This place is terrible we spend millions of dollars a year and they treat us like trash and on top of that we asked for help and the guy with glasses looked at us and turned back around smh.

My company will typically use home depot to get most of there stuff. Now for a typical warehouse I might give this 4 stars. But this is easily the best home depot in the area. Ive found stuff here I wouldnt find most places

I like all Home Depot stores, it is always well stocked and the service is decent at the counters and custom service, but its often hard to get someone in their isles.

This is a smaller footprint Home Depot. It will get you through, but it doesnt offer the same selection as the Howell store a few miles down Route 9.
