I purchased a Jenn-Air appliance package from Dan Flynn, a very patient and thorough salesperson. The showroom had all the major and some interesting lesser known brands to touch and Dan was very impartial when explaining the differences and similarities. In the end, I went with Jenn-Air and couldnt be more pleased with Top Lines price, delivery, and installation. I have had the appliances about three months now without issue but I am happy to know I can call on Top Line to service in the future. I have always been impressed with the service I received over the years from Topline and today was no exception. The service person, Jeff, was very professional and he took the time to explain the issue I was having. Jeff was even able to sell me a new water filter for my refrigerator. This kind of service is nearly impossible to find today especially with all the big box stores. Also setting up my appointment was a breeze, Bea, scheduled my service call within two days of my request and she was able to work around my changing schedule.

We had a great experience at Top Line in Wall, NJ. Our salesman Todd Prutzman is very well informed about the all the high end appliances they offer. He remained involved all the way from our first visit thru delivery and installation. Serviceman Dennis is incredibly talented and helpful. He visited our home to address an issue with our new washer and took the time to explain the operation and care of every one of the appliances we had purchased. Great outfit, highly professional.

I had driven by many times but when my washing machine bit the dust, I decided to go in. The salesman seemed to have a lot of experience and was able to help me figure out which model would be best for me. He coordinated the delivery and they removed my old washer. The install crew was very polite and neat which was appreciated. Our salesman, Todd, even helped with rebates so I was able to get some money back on top of giving me a good price.

I worked with Todd to purchase a new range, refrigerator, stove hood and microwave. He is very knowledgeable and gave me excellent advice. Even when he asked that I give him a one week notice to deliver the appliances, my contractor requested they get delivered sooner. No problem. They were delivered on time and in perfect condition. Oh, and the prices were best around. I would definitely go back in the future.

Purchased a wolf gas range. It was installed the 24th of November. The oven stopped working three days later on Thanksgiving Day. The gas range was finally removed and replaced December 16th. Completely disappointed by the manufacturer who refused to do an exchange. Thank you to Top LIne for standing with the customer.

Store is great, the salesman was very professional and amde me feel confrotable throughout the whole process. Then I had them do the isntallation and everything came out great!! Im glad I decided to stop in there as their pricing was better than the other places I had been too and the service was terrific!!
