I havent even gotten my refrigerator and oven yet (its expected to arrive within days of my purchase), but I was already compelled to write about what excellent customer service everyone at Park Ave Appliance has provided already. They were so helpful in assisting me in making a selection, patient as I tried to make up my mind, and knowledgeable in the products themselves, as well as any deals and rebates, making sure we got the best deal possible. Even when we had to go back the next day to make some changes, they didnt bat an eye and took everything in an efficient, friendly and timely manner. I strongly recommend them and will always go to Park Ave Appliances first for all my future needs.

Park Ave Appliance has superior customer service - Shimmy spent a great deal of time with me helping me choose 7 new appliances. He is knowledgeable about the products and also how to combine rebates to get the best deal. We had our appliances shipped to Denver, and even with shipping costs, came out paying way less than if we wouldve bought them at Sears or Home Depot. Even after the appliances were delivered, Shimmy was available for installation questions and other things that came up. I highly recommend Park Avenue for your appliance needs!!!

I never write review but this place is the real deal and not your usual appliance place. I got a great deal on a like new Samsung microwave and when I got home and discovered that a few items were missing that gave me great service in getting me the missing parts quickly. Having them FedExed to me at no cost. Dont think twice, go see them. Truly some of the best customer service I have received in quite some time. I dealt with Yuri and Miriam and highly recommend them.

Awesome. I bought tons of stuff from this store. Washing Machine, Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwaves, Ovens, A/Cs, and maybe even more appliances. I simply cant remember all the stuff! Excellent service and prices. (I even got a nice payment plan!) I will definitely use them again. Oh, and I dont live in Lakewood so my stuff was shipped to Queens and Long Island!

Great service, very knowledgeable and friendly staff, very competitive prices. We redid our kitchen and laundry room with all new appliances. They had a huge selection, great prices, and worked delivery around our schedule. They even helped fill out all the rebate forms! If you need appliances , I’d recommend Park Avenue.
