Tux came to examine the stove on 8/12/2014. Upon hearing "New Jersey Comfort Partners" he immediately began to dismiss the claim that the stove was unsafe and claimed that their testing methods were inadequate and unreliable. He left our home saying the stove was perfectly fine without dong any carbon monoxide testing. Unable to rectify the conflicting outcomes, we recalled New Jersey Comfort Partners to retest our stove in the presence of a representative from New Jersey Natural Gas on 8/13/2014. Not only were the readings taken by both companies exactly the same, but NJNG red flagged and tagged our stove as dangerous. In the presence of NJNG and NJCP, I called Tuz to request them to come back to relook at the stove. The woman on the other end immediately became belligerent and defensive. She stated that Mark had deemed the stove as safe and that is the end of it. She stated Mark did not want to deal with NJCP. While I tried to explain that it was the gas company flagging our stove, she hung up the phone on me. My cousin who was visiting them tried to call and was also hung up on. I tried a third time, and they would simply not listen or give me a chance to talk, and was hung up on again. In my opinion, Mark Tuz was the most unprofessional company that I have ever come across. Their reaction and behavior is now documented with both NJNG and NJCP as both representatives were present and willing to talk to Mr. Tuz, but were unable to given the inability or desire to actually want to service the appliance properly.

Mark has fixed my washing machine. He knew exactly what was wrong with and had it fixed quickly. Its been working great since. I just called him the other day about my water heater. Even though that isnt his expertise he came and looked at it. He wasnt comfortable with the part, but when he put everything back together he tried starting the pilot light. It worked. It just needed cleaning. I will call him again for any others needs that arise up.

Called their office and they called right back to schedule within a day. Mark came out and ordered necessary parts which were provisioned very quickly. Hes very knowledgable and I wouldnt hesitate to refer him out.
