My experience was quite good...On Sunday 5/10 I purchased 45 retaining wall blocks...I had to make 2 trips all together because of the weight...Rafael, was the 1st to assist me...He walked me thru the whole process from beginning to end. He came back with each trip I made to help load my car...He was very helpful and knowledgeable...On my next trip there on Tues 5/12 I purchase 60 more and Miguel & CJ Went above and beyond the call of duty. I made 3 trips and they had the flat bed stocked & ready and waiting for me when I came back which made the process that much easier. Trish at Customer service made the process quick and she was very pleasant...I work for Costco and I know what is expected of us as far as customers are concerned and we very seldom get noticed for the good things we do...Customer appreciation is why I am taking the time to write this...They all deserved to be noticed for their outstanding work...I will be back in a couple of days for more and I hope to have the same experience...Stress free!!!~ Thank You Helen Janz

Worst experience at this HD and will never return. Associates were rude and after waiting 20 minutes for someone to help us with a lawn mower. No one ever came. We asked again for help and the associate was busy and told us to go back to customer service to get help. At that point we left. Good bye FR HD!

This is not my favorite Home Depot. They are under staffed and theres never anyone around to assist you. I waited for over 10 min at the paint desk and there were other people waiting, too. Finally after 10 min someone came and said they would be with us shortly. After another 10 minutes, I left.

They didnt have what they advertised, they were going to charge me the shipping to the store,so I called Lowes they would get it for me and it was free delivery to my home...very disappointed with Home Depot....Sandy

Its like Self Service. Trying to find someone to help me, was like playing hide n seek, and I was It! The person I did find said, "I work in Plumbing, I dont know, and walked away.

All I needed was a receipt looked up for a price match. Had to wait 30 min. Unreal. Girl at returns desk would not look up receipt told me I had to wait in another line.

I like this home depot better then the one in Toms River the staff are definitely more courteous which is always a plus.
