The worst shopping experience Ive ever had. I bought a coat and the cashier was too busy pushing a store card I said I didnt want to remember to take off the security tag. So I came all the way back to stand in line for 20 minutes with only two people in front of me while all two registers open handled ridiculous problems that should have been directed to a dedicated customer service desk, NOT the register. Never shopping at Sears again.

Good buys on items but had security ink tags still attached to all the clothes I bought and have to go back to have someone remove them. This was the second time this happened to me. I guess I should have noticed before she packed the bags, but she was very busy talking me into a credit application and I was distracted. You would think I would have buzzed or something when I left...nothing.

Experienced a Racist behavior from one employee named Jack in tools earlier last week. His exact words were "I wont talk to people of your kind" when I asked him for help. Disgusting such a behavior is condoned at Sears. Never shopping here again.

Actually the wait at the checkout was horrible. Only one checkout on the first floor and on the second floor had to go to the tools checkout. Employees were excellent.
