I was at this TJMaxx the other night with my boyfriend and with a gift card we bought a bath mat, a throw blanket, a candle & face wipes. Not only was the store a complete disaster with the shelves looking like they havent been organized since Black Friday, but when we got home we realized we were missing the candle and bath at, we called, no answer. So we decided to go back the next day after work. When we got there and explained what had happened they told me they couldnt give me the items Im missing. And also couldnt provide an explanation as to why other than "policy" so I asked if the money could be reimbursed on the card, I was told no and there was nothing they would do for me. YOUR employee neglected to do her simple job by handing me my items after I paid, and now I dont get the items or any reimbursement for your mistake? I will NEVER be returning here.

One of my favorite stores. Always have great brands, prices and new merchandise. Their line tends to get long though. Theyre pretty quick at checkout.

Staff swore loudly, I suggested he watch his language...denied it. Not so kid-friendly. Store messy. Perhaps staff could clean more & swear less.
