Terrible service dont come to this stop and shop . I went shop some soda at 10 45 . The price is 5 for 11.99 , I bought 4 offer , they charge me 159.99 how it happy ? I called the manager , but he is really not nice , I told him price was wrong , he said he dont know , he let me pay that come back tomorrow , he said customer service maybe give u money back . What is maybe ? They just a thief ! Just want money whatever is it right , so sad , if this store all worker like that , I think they will be closed soon . Dont come here!!

We all want the top notch classic experience but shouldnt that be from more input not making bad reviews! If everytime I stopped and looked at an over priced item or got a bad remark from someone. Id rack up bad reviews like a banshee in isle 8 but thats imagination! To go into a store and get something and leave happy is what Stop N Shop is all about and how many people thought PM would be around these days in full force. I guess the name was right stop but shop maybe the name should change "Stoppy Shop" any correlation!

The staff at the store werent super knowledgeable, but they were extremely helpful. I explained the product to an associate, who wasnt sure what it was, but she enlisted her store managers to help me find it. Turns out they didnt have it, but it wasnt for a lack of trying. Features of the store include full service and self serve checkouts, a community bank, lotto machine and bottle exchange. Frustratingly, the bottle exchange is only opened 8AM to 8PM, whilst the store stays open later.

Terrible check out. Cashier seems to think she doesnt have to help with the bagging. Oh thats right, its the customers job to do that! I have no problem helping the staff out. But dont look at me as if its my job! Front end wake up. You have some lazy ass staff that need to be retrained or removed. Another note your deli salads are bad. Flavorless. Wont be buying that again. Perhaps Shoprite is better. Wake up manager at Stop&Shop Farmingdale!

With so many Stop & Shops around long Island it is easy to just have expectations already in your head for these stores. However the range of each location can vary greatly! The Farmingdale location is definitely one of the nicer ones on Long Island. It is both spacious and easy to navigate as well as clean, all while remaining organized in the traditional fashion of Stop & Shops on Long Island. Definitely one of the better run locations.

Rude employee forced me out of my comfort zone and made me not want to even walk into the store and buy things that will be going into her paycheck when she doesnt deserve a dime. Personally sabotaging my relationship AT HER JOB for no apparent reason. Very unprofessional will never step foot into this store again until they hire respectful employees.

The store needs to close down and start over.This store needs new mangers and fast the place is always dirty and never stocked always out of specials on first sale day.Called main office many times in Boston still no change.There so many things wrong not enough time to write to it all.

A little too expensive. Giant Pet Peeve, they never have any hand baskets by the entrance. You always have to hunt one down. Never enough registers open. Including self checkout. Good selection though, and when they put items on sale there is significant savings to be had.

Every time I cashout a cashier screws up And I always end up going back to get whats owed to me (sometimes up to $25.00) And when I do, I always get a whatever attitude, like its my fault. Smh I done going here. Stew leonards is nicer and fresher food anyway.

Had the displeasure of working here not a great environment or good training the owners and managers are very rude to customers and employees. Quit after a month from how dissatisfied I was with the establishment.

They have the "scan-it" guns here which are very convenient. However, it seems the staff can care less about it and 1 of the 2 scanner charging dock stations no longer charges the scanners.
