I came into the store angry and fustrated with the service provided by sprint and so i was in the are so i stopped by just to check out the store and initially just look around. When i came into the store i was greeted by very knowledgeable staff most of all , a yound man Tyronn. He helped me look around , telling me about the latest tech and the best options suited for my budget, includung accessories. So knowledgeable and laid back not forcing me to buy anything and even begining to talk about out favorite shows i can watch on my new phone , Tyronn made my new phone buy easy and comfortable. I would definetly recommend this store over any other. Now im off to my summer vaca feeling even better!!#teamandroid

Very rude. I went in to discuss my phone upgrade options. As the (nice) salesman was explaining to me that I would need to pay $750 for a new iPhone, the (rude) store manager came out and told the salesman helping me that he needed him in the back to help a customer who had come in AFTER me. I was still interesting in discussing my options and told them I didnt realize they offered Unlimited plans again. The manager snarkily pointed to the Unlimited Data banner and made a remark under his breath. Instead of helping me and answering my questions he rushed me out. Very bad customer service. He should not be working there if he doesnt want to help a customer. I am very disappointed.

DAndre went above and beyond. Great service and a great experience. He stayed until 9:30PM to help me out and it was a Friday night. He is very professional and coming from his expert knowledge, I believed he was the manager of the store. 5 stars. I recommend every consumer and business to go to this store.

Great to have gotten phones here, just makes you want to keep shopping till you pop! I love the themes of stuff and getting good ol fashion personalized service! The contracts may be the only drawback but your getting into a whirlwind of a great cellular company let me say!
