Okay to start off I dont have sprint im actually with tmobile but after visiting this sprint store i have absolutely no desire to switch. I came to accompany my sister in her efforts to pay a bill. After attempting and failing to do it on our own we walked over to the front desk to see if we could be helped. BIG MISTAKE. We were greeted quickly by a very roud elderly woman who looked like she had absolutely no interest in helping us make a payment. She refused to let us see the details of my sisters account balance (mind you she is the account holder) and did a horrible job in explaining her billing cycle. She told us to call the company because she was "no billing expert" and "didnt know what half to the charges were" after 15 frustrating minutes we turned our attention to another young man who was quick to help us and in no more than 5 minutes explained the charges and cycle and sent us off on our way. Despite the rudeness and ignorance of the woman who attened us first it was nice to see that at least one person in that store knew what they were doing!!

Excellent Service, after spending my time going to 3 other stores, who didnt take the time to explain the plans, and initial costs, the Store Manager Chad spent the time in order to help me understand. I just switched my lines from AT&at and couldnt be happier with the plans and pricing!! Excellent experience, made by good people..

Not impressed at ALL with the level of customer service or accuracy of their staff. Ive been given the run around by their staff, and when I call them out on it, they tell me that Im wrong?? Extremely rude and regret ever going with this company

Very frustrated with sprint. Customer service wasnt nice. When you leave their service charge extra and send your bill to collect agency without your knowledge.
