This place is a total joke. A bunch of puppets running around with there heads up there arses, while Sprint corporate pulls there strings. Stood in that store for 20 minutes without a single acknowledgment that I was even there. When I finally got some help, they gave me incorrect information about my account. Told me I have to go to a Sprint corporate store, as they could not help me at all. In fact these losers would not even make a call to the Sprint puppet masters to resolve my issue. One hour on the phone with Sprint to get answers to my questions, all after I pressed 10,000 keys to get to a real person on there "Automated" system... Sprint sucks! There store sucks! There customer service sucks!

Horrible service! 1 guy and 1 girl. I went in because my phone has been impossible to charge. I tried to explain to the girl it only charges on certain cords positioned the right way. Before I could get that out she cut me off to plug it in and kept saying its charging! Yea duh! I know... I just said that! She finally asked the guy to look at it, he knew the problem right away (thank god!). She needed more training obviously! As I walked out the store she made a smart comment, as if I could not hear heir.... What happened to the customer is always right?! I could not believe she was so rude. Would never send anyone here!

I went there this past weekend and got excellent service. The store is under new ownership, so there are new employees as well. Hernan helped me with an issue I was having with my phone. I ended up upgrading my phone, and he was very helpful with that process as well, explaining the new plan options and the pros and cons of different phones. He was very friendly, attentive, and fast! I didnt get the other guys name, but he was pleasant as well. There were quite a few people in the store and they helped everyone quickly. I would definitely go back to this store location in the future.

I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU AND COMPLIMENT to Hernan Villalobos for all his help today with my purchase of two new i-Phone 6s Plus for my daughter and I. He was so helpful with choosing the best plan for us, he broke down all the costs including the taxes and other charges. I left the knowing exactly what my monthly bill will be. Hernan provided excellent customer service and advice. I highly recommend this location and the service provided by Hernan. I didnt get the other associates name who was helping, she was great also. I had the best experience with Merrick Sprint store! Everyone is courteous,very helpful,highly intelligent,and give you their best in being nice, not just to do a job, but to really help the customers that come in. I had the pleasure of Hernam. The store was very busy, and help a genuine,smile,making sure everyone got the best deals, explained any questions,and service,as i observed the other employees.Thank you Sprint so much for your patience with so many questions,then fulfilled all needs !

Decent customer service in person. Ive called there a few times and never once has anyone picked up. its very annoying to have to go out of my way to the store that i purchased all my phones from when a simple phone call could have answered my questions. the owner needs to watch over his store!

Prior to current management, this store was one of the worst, but ever since Brian and his crew have been there its been a pleasure, everyone is very polite and attentive. Highly recommended.

SLOW and NONEXISTENT service. Overpriced phones! Overpriced plans! And no loyalty to existing customers! At twice the price, any other provider will be an improvement over Sprint!!!!!!
