I love this store the man helped me he went out of his way to mske me a happy customer I wish I knew his name hes there Monday through Friday not the weekends not only did he take care of me I sent my father and he took care of him as well thanks again your a great representative for sprint ☺

Gave my wife completely wrong information about what it would cost to switch our lines over. Tried to con me into a plan that I didnt want. Was trying to convince me that the phones we were getting were new meanwhile there were no boxes. I took my business to the Sprint store next to DSW
