I went into the AT&T store expecting to wait, and receive very "standard" service. However, what I received was personalized - excellent service that I dont feel I would have received had I went to another location. Other locations, that I have been to, do not devote the time and experience that I received here. Jay, the owner, took the time and went over and explained everything to me. By the time I left the store, which was almost two hours later, because not only did I get an iphone and a tablet, but I feel as if I made a friend. I got to know him - he got to know me. I cant say that I had an experience - a personal experience, with any salesperson, that I received with Jay. Also, I must add, that I had an issue with my bill and was very pissed off, but once I went back into the location and spoke with Jay, he made me smile, of course, and cleared and/or made all my issues go away. I totally recommend this location and especially Jay, the owner. Use this location - dont go to the one on Hempstead Turnpike - as your experience will not be the same. Thanks Jay - Youre the Best... Always a positive experience at this store, from the service to the feeling of getting a great deal to the extremely personable staff. This is a place that ANYONE with or without AT&T should visit because you will get the best deal and best price available, but most importantly, will WANT TO COME BACK as the staff truly is wonderful with patience and extreme knowledge of all available products. AMAZING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! This store has been around for 8 years and their service has not dropped even a little. I have been going to this store since 2004 and i am always welcomes with a friendly smile and i am not treated as a customer but a friend. Jay (store manager) is very helpful and very up to date with the new features that AT&T has to offer. I recommend this store to all my Friends and Family.

The customer service and professionalism at this location is outstanding. Javen was courteous and attentive, listening intently regarding my phone issues. Javen saved me hundreds of dollars by changing a battery in my iPhone instead of urging me to buy a newer phone and locking me into another 2 years of service. Javen delivered what he said he would, and I will return to his location because of this.

Jay, the owner was EXTREMELY helpful in helping us set up and get started on AT&T. The experience was much better than that of the Hempstead Turnpike location, he even waited with us personally after the store hours closed to make sure everything was working well with our phones (the internet didnt seem to work after we started up and he got it fixed right away). Will definitely be coming back!!

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! I WENT IN TO BUY AN IPHONE 6 IN GOLD AND HE PERSUADED US TO BUY ANOTHER LINE FOR MY DAUGHTER. WITH A TABLET. HE ENDED UP MESSING UP OUR BILL BY ADDING WAY TOO MANY LINES WE NEVER HAD, NEVER GAVE US THE SECOND TABLET AND SCAMMED OUR MONEY. DO NOT GO. I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH SERVICE FOR TWO+ HOURS. DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHEATED OUT OF YOUR MONEY

Seriously, this store delivered one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. The manager / owner explained multiple plan and phone options clearly and completely, and didnt try to talk us out of our choice, even when it clearly offered less business to him. Superior.

at&t monthly payments is still the highest payment the cheapest that still has good wifi is t mobile than comes spint than verizon and lastly att so yes it is the worst network for the monthly payment the others are cheaper
