I am writing this review for the benefit of the general public. I lost my s5; the next day I went to the DANBURY MALL because I thought this store was closed. My parents had ranted and raved about this store and the quality of their employees. When I had gone to the mall I was told I couldnt use my insurance and I had to upgrade to the s6. I needed a phone so I agreed. Then I had an issue with the phone and I called sprint, they were ZERO HELP. Finally a few days later I had gone into this store and was greeted by a friendly staff (Cristina, the manager). She listened to my whole story (these are cliff notes of what had happened), and guided me through the entire process of returning my s6 to the CREEP at the Danbury Mall (lower level location). Then I had gone back to this store, and was helped by Cristina, Jonathan and Anthony. All three were incredibly helpful. All in all I was able to upgrade my phone and get a free VR headset. I cannot stress enough had I just gone to this store in the first place I would have saved myself a lot of grief!!!! I hope everyone reads this full review (I tried to keep it short but stress my point) and uses my advice to skip any other store and give these guys a shout. I even joked with them that I would hangout for the day and they were delighted, absolutely made me feel right at home. Job well done to those three and Im sure the rest of the employees as well. Thanks again!!

Friendly faces is all you see in this store, i was amazed at how phone savy this girl was. she explained almost every phone in full detail to me and at the end she selected a phone thart suited all my need i must say i was very impressed. its been 3 weeks and this phone is perfect for me. Galaxy SII epic touch 4g isnt that a mouthfull.
