Came in to upgrade my iphone 4 to 5 or 6. Was told I would get $200 rebate if upgraded by end of month, today. At&T employee looked at my phone and then sent me to Apple store to look at the phones more closely. Can back to this store and had to add my name to wait list. After 1.5 hours I finally got helped. The new employee told me I could not exchange the phone because it was not in perfect condition. This store is terribly managed and this experience is making me want to leave AT&T all together. Go some where else.

I waited over a hour for help. Plus staff lay around talking to friends. Some people cut ahead. I dont understand why they have a digital screen showing what order customers are in when they change it to accommodate personal friends. Horrible customer service. It really made me mad when the person who helped us at the end was the main one socializing with a friend for over 45 minutes. All that time she could have been helping out CUSTOMERS who was also waiting a long time.

Worst service and associates can give you false information. I had done a transaction in the store and was told that I should be getting a refund in the form of a check which I never received. When I checked with the AT&T customer support I was told the information provided in the store is not correct. This store has bunch of liars.

I waited for over one hour, and never got help. They didnt acknowledge us once. we sat there and waited for our appointment we made when we first went there. ive been to other at&t stores and the service is wonderful. here the service is terrible!
