Yesterday I drove to the sprint in lynbrook, green acres and I drove to Merrick location this morning. Lynbrook and Merrick does not carry SIM Cards at all. Green Acres tech people left at 7pm yesterday. The fact that the company is this selective with SIM Cards is ridiculous. There excuse is because the phones come with SIM cards already theres no need to have them in all there stores. So its inconveniently making people drive, take a bus, take a taxi, take a train just to go get something so simple. Even if the phones come with them doesnt mean they are going to last. My boyfriend and I just came to this store like 15 minutes ago. I came in nobody greeted me, nor asked me where I needed to be directed nor asked if I needed assistance. That is poor customer service. I have been working in retail since I was 18 and Im 20 years old and the first thing your suppose to do when a customer comes in is to greet them because it looks like your noticing that they are there. I automatically had to go up to a women talking to a customer 5 minutes later and she told me just to changed my SIM card which takes 5 minutes was a 45 minute wait. I walked out and said I would just take the SIM Card out and change it myself because its not that hard. I would never recommend anybody going to this store and I was on wait hold for over 30 minutes this morning. From the reviews they have I would believe everything these customers say.

THE worst experience I have had shopping. The girl that was at the service desk, Sophie/ Sophia had an attitude, and didnt seem like she wanted to be there. I dropped my phone to be serviced/ diagnostics tests. The girl said it would be an hour and a half; since we dropped it off around 5:30 and they closed at 8, I figured if I didnt make it in time I would come by the following morning. On the paper for the diagnostics exam they ask for you pin and an alternate phone number. I by accident put down the wrong PIN number ( not realizing that I did). I come back an hour and a half later. They tell me they couldnt do anything, because I gave them the wrong PIN number. But I never received a call in the alternate number I gave them. I asked why they didnt call and they had no answer. Heres the thing; they tried to work on my phone and knew they couldnt but couldnt give me a call?? They wasted my time. Ill take my business else where from now on..... this wouldnt have at a AT&T or Verizon store!!

Sprint going down hill! I wanted to compare sprint and T-MOBILE, to see if I should stay or go. I have been a loyal customer with sprint fo over 12 years, and have visited this particular store many times. Its been a couple of years since I have upgraded my phone and decided to stop in for some comparison shopping. As I waited to be serviced I could not help but notice how dirty things were. Dust and dirt everywhere really surprised me. Leather cushions ripped and worn were an indication of neglect and lack of pride by the managers and Sprint in general. Some people might not care about this as long as the phone is free or they are saving money, but in reality its a reflection on the company. This review is about the store not Sprint service, not sure if im staying or going, but im leaning towards switching based on savings.

I walked into the store. 5 reps standing together talking and laughing. Once they saw the surprised look on my face from not being greeted, helped... one of the young ladies instructed a gentleman to help me. He informed her that he was helping someone already. The customer was at the kiosk paying his bill (alone). No one asked what I needed, i had to just tell them, with my hands raised as if to say, I dont want much, that I was picking up a phone that was ordered. Thank goodness the insurance rep they FINALLY sent me to was very kind, knowledgeable, and apologetic. Almost a you lost 4 customers moment . Another customer, before walking out, informed another person in the store of the communication issue.

WORST STORE OUT THERE. I HAVE THE IPHONE 6s Plus and I had a headphone issue saying headphones were in the phone. I go into the store and without looking at it they say theres a broken headphone piece in the jack. I LEGIT SAID THOUSANDS OF TIMES THERE IS NOTHING IN THE JACK THERES NOTHING IN THE JACK. ITS IMPOSSIBLE THEY DONT EVEN WANT TO OPEN THE PHONE UP THEY JUST SAID ITS A BROKEN JACK I WOULDNT GO TO THIS STORE EVEN IF IMWAS DESPRATE. I probably couldve went to the regular apple then spend 5 minutes of my time with these people. How do you call your self a phone service store when all you did was argue theres something in the jack. Dont go to this store they just wanted to give out a new phone

THIS IS THE WORST STORE EVER. When I got there, a woman informed me that I was not an authorized user of my account and I can only do an upgrade if that is changed. My parents forgot their sign in, so she told me we could make a new account. When we did, it wasnt giving us the option to make me an authorized user so I asked her for help. She told me that she couldnt help me after wasting an hour and a half of my time trying to make an account. Isnt that her job??? To know what shes doing and help customers??? WTF. I called a different store and got the problem figured out. Next time I go there I will make sure she is NOT the person I go to.

Store opens at 10am. I auto check in at 10am, arrive at the store at 1010am with 2 customers ahead of me. I waited 1 hour 24 min before someone looked at my phone. Employees are INCREDIBLY SLOW, stand around talking to each other and condescending. Only after making an issue because this is my second trip to this disaster of a store for the same problem. I left the store went to another one in the Bronx was in and out in 5 minutes. Everyone at this location should be fired! I will be shopping other companies going forward.

Usually I dont wright reviews but now Im writing this bcoz I really want to appreciate on of the gentleman name Mr Jerome from the westbury store. He gives on of the best service I have ever received and he know what he is doing and I guess he does best out of it and I saw people asking for him to get his help. Though I have some problem with sprint from my first contract still I upgraded my contract with sprint just bcoz of him and his quality service. I feel he should be appreciated and thank you for ur help again!!

Unprofessional , Kept me waiting and did not even look at my phone. The Arrogant bald tech could not even tell me what was wrong. The Customer service rep think named started with Sh didnt even look up when trying ask a question. And to top it off one of the employers brought there kid in there and didnt even watch them . Bottom line whether you stay with sprint or not stay away from this store. Years of bad service never going there again. And whats worse is they are never going to change.
