Staff dont know anything, went there to move from T-mobile and they said I will get 650$ to help the transfer over and 3 months went by and nothing happened and I went back to the store more than 6 times and they said the employee didnt know any better and she doesnt work there anymore so they dont care and then they asked me to leave the store in very rude way. Theres no store manager and who ever th you called to ask was not respectful as he said he will give me a call back 2 times and I never got anything . At&t said that because this is retailer theyre not responsible for the mistakes so Im gonna have to figure it out with the store so after all the hassle all I got was a free iPhone case and 100$ in credits from at&t company not that retailer. Worst experience Ive ever had in my life dealing with any store

Terrible service, rude staff. Would not accept a return within the 14 day return window. This is not an official AT&T store. They give you a hard sell for things you dont want.
