Had a great first experience last year with ordering an Elfa desk.. This year not good at all. For almost a month now, I have been waiting for an undamaged desk to come in. They keep telling me they will call when the next shipment comes in, but they never call. Instead, I have to be the one to call the store and then be told, "You are never going to believe it, it came in damaged again. We will have another shipment in and I will call you in a few days." Guess what, I am still waiting! Horrible customer service!!!

8/28/17 I just came back from the store and I have never seen anything like it. The store is usual pristine - all stocked nicely & clean. It was an absolute pig-stye - dirt, wrappers, pieces of things, store items all strewn about the floor. Shelves were a mess & quite empty - boxes blocking aisles. I actually asked if something had happened or if they were remodeling but NO it was just the way it is.... And so uncharacteristic - what has happened???

If you buy the glitter wrapping paper, be sure to purchase the special tape to hold the paper together. Im at home now trying to wrap my gifts and regular scotch tape will not hold it together. I just called them and this is what they told me. Aghhh! Why was I not told this at the time of my purchase????

Great products. Sometimes you have to wait a bit to be helped. They also failed to give me any instructions on how to put the stuff together and a couple of times theyve miscalculated how many items I needed.

Love this place! always quiet and organized. Expensive thought. Its in the same shopping center as HomeGoods so you can do better on some things over there. But Container store has beautiful items.

Obviously very organized. Large selection of organizational products that are not available at other stores. Not cheap but higher than usual quality. Very knowledgeable and professional staff.

Unbelievable new store by new mall just east of Roosevelt Field. Have everything you need to get organized. A little pricey at times, but worth it.
