Please BEWARE! I walked in one day as this location is close to my job because I was having issues with my phone. VICTOR "helped" me by telling me that my phone was basically shot and needed to upgrade anyway. I complied; It was time for a new phone anyway. The problem was not with the transaction but what happened afterwards. Victor told me that he was offering a me "FREE" tablet with my purchase (great, even though I have no need or interest)...what he NEGLECTED TO MENTION was that I was entering into a 2 year contract with a tablet that Id be paying for monthly. Ultimately this would keep my bill down $20 HOWEVER there would be a $45 activation fee that he also, oops, forgot to tell me about. When I reached out to him and told him that he omitted this information and I had felt deceived he told he was actually doing me a favor. I told him that if he had been upfront with me and told me that entering into this contract was in my best interest and that there would be an activation fee I wouldnt have felt lied to. This nightmare continued when I reached out to ATT customer service TWICE and played phone tag with Victor 4 times in one month trying to return this unwanted tablet! He said hed call me back and as you can probably guess nothing happened. Im not a difficult person. I was in advertising sales for years and have completed many a transaction with integrity and honesty. Both of those aspects were missing from this interaction. BUYER BEWARE!

I dont even know where to begin if you want to be lead in the wrong direction about your plan visit this store. I had a few questions about my plan so Raj answered the phone not only did he not know the correct outlines of his policy he was rude and actually HUNG UP ON ME, and blamed it on being disconnected. He said he would have a manager call me the next day which never happen. The store is full of unprofessional people. I will be switching to another carrier as soon as my plan is up. I want nothing to do with AT&T. I filed a claim with corp off and BBB of New York.

I just had an AMAZING experience at this store! The guys over there were great! They were very helpful; they even went the extra mile setting up my emails on my new phone and the bluetooth on my car. I was very impressed; I have been to other stores before and the service was nowhere near close to what I got today; my experience here has exceeded my expectations! I am VERY HAPPY and I will use this AT&T Store from now on!

Great Customer service and staff is very knowledgable
