They tried to help me, and even referred me to a cell phone repair place once they said my warranty didnt cover my phone because there was evidence of water damage. Now, the reason my phone busted was NOT because of water damage, but whatever. Thats an LG thing I assume. Anyway, I took it to the place they recommended, they couldnt do anything, so now its sitting with LG to see if they are willing to repair it for me. ATT helped me out by giving me a free SIM card to put in an old phone I had. Still, though, water damage? My water bottle spilled on it, but it worked fine after that. The issue I was dealing with (my LG V10) was a rebooting problem. Ugh. Whatever.

I tried to get the Internet service from AT&T. I went to their location and they gave me a router after 30 mins of waiting at the store. They said, "someone will go to your house the next day to set it up!". After 10 calls and 1 week, I went back to the store and returned the router with the simple excuse that SOMEONE got lost and never showed up!!!! Also, can you believe they sent 2 sales guys to try to sell me the TV, Internet and phone package after the bad service???

Staffed by incompetent idiots who will 1) burn your upgrade, 2) charge full retail for a phone 3) Add a 2 year contract and 4) Order the wrong phone. So lets see how today went, I dont have a new phone, Ive been charged $649, and contracted for another two years. All thanks to Russell Renfer, an incompetent idiot. Of course their online "Customer service" can do nothing to fix the clusterf*ck this commission seeking halfwit created. Dont waste your time,

Very unprofessional and incompetent staff. I couldnt get my phone that I ordered after waiting for it for 2 weeks. Staff had no interest in resolving the issue, just pushed me out to go to a Verizon store, without refunding me money for my purchase. I never encountered such untrained and careless people.
