Do not go to this store. I have given this store 3 chances and they are horrible. The staff is extremely rude. I have been and still am a Sprint customer for 16 years. The 3 times I went to this location (closest location from where I reside) the staff gave me incorrect information. I wont get into details because it would be to long but to make a long story short they would tell me one thing (cost more money) I questioned them and told them it did not make sense. Staff was very rude and insisted they were right. I left and went to an actual Sprint Corporate store where I was right and what this location was doing was incorrect. Staff at corporate were knowledgeable and friendly. The staff at this location has no idea as to what they are doing. I would advise going to a real Sprint store.

should be no stars at all. The worst customer service ever. Or I should say no customer service. Was there for 25 minutes without so much as a greeting. They were busy but even a good morning, we will be with you shortly. Nothing not even hello UGH!!! But they probably wont be there long, its that bad

1st visit I was the only customer to 3 employees. Was ignored for 3 minutes before I walked out. 2nd visit, I was cut off and told "we dont do that here, you need to go to a corporate store" before I could finish explaining why I was there. They should all be canned

The staff, especially the store manager, were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The store manager went out of his way and stayed later to help set up a phone for myself and find a phone for my partner. He also had many discounts to pass out.
