Went in to reactivate a go-phone account that had since lapsed and was cancelled. Andrew went above and beyond to re-establish my account and ensure the old phone number was still active. He was patient, understanding and spoke in a very matter-of-fact tone without making me feel like an idiot. Very satisfied with this store considering the poor level of customer service Ive received at other AT&T corporate stores. Thank you for all your assistance!

Went there few years ago for SIM card replacement, the guy there wanted me to sign up for a new contract and is selling me a blackberry. Walked out to AT&Ts company store not far away and got new SIM at no charge.
