stores nice and clean .great location dean was very helpful . the lady manager seems under qualified and I thought she was the new helper . my particular process took a little longer then ussal and she came over making comment about how much longer it was going to take. kinda rude. looked at me like i was crazy when I asked for water. the accessories are marked up thru the roof they are kinda pushy about trying to get you into extras and you can tell they get bummed when your like nope no extras no watch no direct tv and hell know i dont want a 45$ screen protector. i can get for $3 on ebay.

Poor information on international roaming and service options, more interested in selling a mildly discounted package than in trying to identify better options to lower the extraordinarily high rates when traveling. Not interested in customer feedback.

Sold into unlimited plan with direct TV and quoted a much lower price then my bill reflected. Low knowledge staff. Unhelpful so I had to turn to better business bureau to get off DTV contract!! Beware
