Horrible service!!! I called and asked if they fix iPhone screens. They told me yes if they have the screen in which he went to check and told me to come in it takes an hour. I brought my phone in he told me to leave and come back in and hour or call. An hour passed I called to check on the phone the guy proceeds to tell me that something is wrong with the light sensor and he has to wait for the tech to fix it tomorrow. So I ask what time tomorrow he says we open at 10 so it should be done by 11. So now as a single parent who commutes back and forth I have no cell phone. I call at 11 to check the status they told me they didnt know about my phone because they didnt work the day before but itll be ready in 20 minutes. So I call back again since no one ever calls me back the tech tells me the motherboard is messed up and suggests that I upgrade my phone after I already paid $140 for the screen to be replaced. I informed the tech that when I brought the phone in there was nothing wrong with it but a cracked screen. So he says okay. I call again to check he tells me hes waiting for a new screen and itll take 30 minutes. 2 hours later no phone call so I decide to just show up at the store and inquire about my phone. Two guys on vacation who dont look like they are working very hard. I ask about the phone the tech tells me that he can give me back my phone even tho it doesnt work and I paid for it. Says hes waiting for the district manager to bring the screen and he doesnt know when hes coming. So 24 hours later and I still dont have a phone and no one has solutions for me. Something that was only supposed to take an hour. If you couldnt fix the screen you should of just told me that instead of ruining it and accusing me of messing the phone up and bringing it in to get fixed which makes no sense since I dont even have insurance on the phone I paid cash. Save yourself the headache and never go here please. Just go to the Apple Store if you need your apple screen fixed.

I am a Verizon customer for 8yrs and was looking into switching from my long time service to Sprint. I have had such terrible customer service from multiple sprint locations. I have placed 3 orders for a phone and continuously was unsatisfied with the outcome. First two orders had to be cancelled- 1st for excessive charges to my card, credit card abuse by the location, 2nd they charged me for a iphone 6 128gb (which I wanted) and was shipping a 64gb. Lastly, Sprint located at Willow Park Center, 50 Willow Street, Farmingdale, NY 11735 has by far the worst customer service! I waited over a month for an iPhone 6 without a contact call when the phone arrived. I contacted the store multiple times as I was promised the phone within 4 business days from when I ordered it (Dimetri was the sales person) I would call daily to find out an update and was continuously lied to. Told that the phone will be there the next day (day after I called the store) I would call back to have it be pushed off another day (also spoke with Brian) I contacted order service and was told 4-6wk wait. I waited the full time and contacted the store and was told by Brian that my order was cancelled. I confronted him via phone stating that they are nothing but liars and then guess what, my order was found. The phone arrived that day (according to tracking- signed by Dimetri) and they never told me or contacted me. I am 8 1/2 mths pregnant and do not like the stress of this continuous lying and false hope as I would like the device I have signed up for. They are the worst promoters for sprint and I will be sure to continue to voice how terrible this service has been. They have lied day in and day out. What terrible representation of Sprint these people are. I want someone to contact me ASAP as I want these issues addressed immediately! I would like to know what type of service is this for someone who is transferring over- wouldnt you want more business rather than push it away.

This store is not even eligible for 1 rating.I waited for 2 hours in the store.very uncooperative staff and rude also.They could even get me activated.There was guy named hussain and he very very arrogant and irresponsible.I have good opinion on sprint but this store and people in the store when i went were completely unreasonable.

Great guys in here. I went to the Bayshore store waited two hours and when I finally saw someone they said I have no options and to have a great day. I went to this store and they gave me options. They called someone and got me an upgrade in like five minutes. Never going back to the Bayshore Sprint store.
