To whom it may concern, In March of 2011, I visited your Levittown, New York establishment (store # 1264) and was disturbed by many things. First of all, I would think that a restaurant would be concerned with cleanliness, unfortunately, clearly, that is not the case. My family of four spent the day shopping at your facility and we decided to have dinner. We spent about $30 dollars on Pizza Hut pizza which we did not enjoy at all. The moment we sat down to eat, we were welcomed by a dirty table. As I attempted to find a clean table; we decided that it was not our job as patrons to clean the table so we moved...to find that once again, ANOTHER table was filthy. We had no choice but choose our own poison and eat at the least dirtiest table (out of maybe 15 tables. -- Please see attached photos. Note that the pictures does not show a table being sticky!) When we were finally situated, we decided to get drinks. At the soda station, we were greeted by a flock of fruit flies. On top of that, next to the soda machine was only what I could describe as a dump (see attached photos -- overflowing garbage can). My wife and I do our majority of our shopping at that Target as we find that you have competitive prices. We spend an average of $500 a month which is total of $6,000 a year, and we feel that the Levittown facility is falling behind your competitor, WalMart. With a restaurant clearly having Health code violations in front of the house, it makes me wonder how is the back of the house? I am sad to say that this is that situation.

I had the most rewarding experience since I became handicapped several years ago. Went to Target recently need an electric cart none available they searched for me finally found one however when I saw gentleman dragging the cart I thought something was wrong , I got in cart drove very slowly for about 4 mins and it died. Asked saleswoman to help me out and she called her supervisor . A nice young lady came up to me and asked me what problem was I explained and she immediately got on the phone and requested all personnel in her area to look for a cart ASAP because my oxygen was running out . Let me tell you if i owned a business I would definitely hire this woman and her name is KIM. She absolutely knows her job and how to get things done. Needless to I cant say enough good things about her. She also asked a young gentleman to shadow me after I did get the new cart . He help me find what I was looking for and his name as Peter very polite and obliging. These two employees were outstanding and went above and beyond their job description. Many Thanks, Ed Maccone

DISGUSTED! Never going back to this target again. I came here with my mother to find the things we need and everything is going well until we reach the cashier. Terrible service and I mean horrifying. My mom never used chip before she just slid her card and the cashier whose name is Sehar an Indian woman acted so poorly with us. My mom was having trouble with the card and instead of having patience and helping she started rolling her eyes to the customer behind us. Then she said to my mothers face “Oh you never used chips before”. My mother said no and continued trying to pay with her card. As the cashier lady kept rolling her eyes my mom finally payed and started to leave when the cashier said “Did you really not pay with a chip before”. My mom got upset and asked her if she never committed a mistake and the cashier replays no. You come to target to buy the things you need and receive nice service from others not get eyes rolled at you. I hope target fires her also they just lost a customer.

I go to buy shoes for my son he was Premature so always smaller than average well this spring he Shot up like a skyscraper went from kids size to adult size. Well only thing is Target doesnt have a machine to measure your feet if you are a kid they have a floor Mat type thing that has silhouettes of little feet, looks like someone went on a killing spree of shoe people with the silhouettes of dead shoes all over . Back to the shoe saga. I asked for the foot measuring device I was told we just start with your old size and work up until we get the one that fits. I said what about wide sizes, " oh we dont sell those " I replied how do you know if someone needs a wide width . The reply I received was "We Dont Sell wide widths " I said where is manager of this area he said " Im him for now" I said I m leaving at least Walmart will measure feet or at least let you use the measuring device. I wound up getting him new balance cost me a little more but they fit & feel good.

i was walking out of the store and saw that there was a man getting on in years being helped by an employee. he was buying soda can packs and she was loading them into a cart. she says that shes doing all the hard work and that he should be helping her. she said that to his face. you dont do that. you dont complain about work load to an old guy. this took place at 9:30 at night so its the late shift but that shouldnt matter. this is a good store and my family and i shop there all the time but that behavior is inexcusable. i work in retail and i know customers can be a pain but all you should give to them is mild attitude. my only regret was that i didnt get her name.

Management was stubborn about no more than a 10% discount for badly damaged lamps. I needed two lamps for non-decorative purposes, so these damaged (dirty, stickers, dented) lamps would work fine for me. But WAY too expensive and even after asking them to NOT SEND ME TO WALMART... they said, 10% is all we can do. I left them there and went to WalMart and found what I needed for even less. But didnt want to give money to WalMart!

I try to convince myself that this is a "better" big box store than Wal-Mart or Best Buy, but they are all evil. The stores are hit or miss depending on the location. I find that the Farmingdale and Broadway Mall locations are the best, and try to avoid the miscreants that tend to shop at the Levittown or Copiague locations. I have to say that the web site is absolutely terrible for a major retailer. Simply terrible.

Called up the store yesterday and asked an employee to see if they had an item in stock. He said the had it just it had to be in the back room and to call back tomorrow and they will put it on hold. I called back today and the employee who picked up gave me a lot of attitude and explained to me that they wouldnt have anymore and if he did then he would have bought it himself. Worst Target Ever

Parking lot is a nightmare. Inside is quick and clean. Check prices on the store website because Ive found discrepancies often where the website was significantly cheaper on some items . Then you have to go to customer service to have it corrected which they should match up in the first place. That part is a waste of time. Overall the prices for food are cheaper than most other stores.
