Absolutely Horrified! Went in tonight to find some shoes for my girls. As we are walking by the kids shoe section my son finds a toy and we agreed on purchasing it. He picked it up and held it in his hands as we are walking around looking for shoes. My husband is right behind us holding our two year old. We stopped to try on some shoes on the girls when out of nowhere a sales associate named GREG approached us. Yelling at my son to give him back the toy. Yanked the toy out of his hands!!!! kept on with the yelling. Told us that if we didnt plan on purchasing anything to leave the store. He said he was going to have us escorted out. To take our business else where. Mind you I was trying on shoes on two year old!!! What a naightmare!!! There was no reason to approach us that way.

Worst customer service ever Ana who is a cashier should get fire she was assuming stuff without me even telling her and she had an attitude trying to hurry me up because there was a long line I didnt care about no stupid line she should care about doing her job correctly and on top charge me twice and when I asked her about it she told her manager I tried accusing her of stealing my money and she damn well did because I call my bank and it shows I was charge twice. So the whole store needs new staff if you dont like your job or how much you get pay that is none of my concerns as a customer all I ask is to be treated nicely and I dont usually do reviews but I had it with you guys!

I really dont like this place. Its a terrible shopping experience almost everytime from the lack of employees to their ridiculously long lines when its not even Christmas! They do have a lot of cute clothing and they have good quality but their prices are high. They claim to compare them to the designers price but I really think they just mark up the designers price higher so their mark up doesnt seem as high.

I looked at this store and this must pay big homage to the way it used to be before the Ominous Internet! But its a worthy store to the savvy real deal shopper, sorry other customers if you feel uneasy about the cameras but thats shopping today. Someone who appreciates a quick gift or something for myself will know what I will get from a store that at least lives up to the customer experience hmmmm.

Great store. Great deals. My only issue is that even though they have labeled sections by size, you kinda have to rummage through everything because all the clothes of different sizes are all mixed in together. So if youre looking for a great deal, this is definitely the place to go but just make sure you have a good 2-3 hour window of availability to find exactly what you are looking for.

The makeup and brushes/tools are high end at reasonable prices, or cheaper dupes by well known reputable companies. This section is small, so products sell quickly. They also carry clothing and shoes (adults and kids), pocketbooks, and other accessories; usually hit-or-miss, depending on when you go.

I always have a good experience with Burlington Coat factory I sure will recommend other people to the store I get some excellent buys there my daughters lives in Connecticut and Massustus and they shop at Burlington Coat factory too,so yes I will recommend others to do so.

Its like an unorganized cluster of clothing with no help anywhere. The reason i gave 3 stars is because theres always that chance youll find a hidden gem somewhere in the store. Kind of like a treasure hunt

This has to be the most understaffed store in the world. There is always at least 5-8 people on line. Dont get me wrong, you can find a deal but be prepared to wait at least 15-20 minutes before check out.

Understaffed! Lines are usually very long , even on weekdays before closing. Dont bother shopping here on the weekends, because you will spend at least 30 minutes if you lucky.
