This is the worst company to work for. They treat their employees terribly and make it seem like they are doing you a big favor. People leave all the time. When you are hired you are basically told not to give refunds and how to get around helping their customers. Ive worked in customer service for over 9 years and I can tell you -- stay away from these terrible people and this terrible company.

Recieve one box of and item that ships in two boxes from a local business that went out of business. (Half of the deluxe kitchen) quick phone call and they are sending me the other half without issue. Happy to fix a mistake made by another retailer.
