I love Wusthof and I love that they stand behind their products. I have the Wusthof Classic 20-piece Knife Block Set along with many other pieces Ive used without issue. Recently I inherited a set of steak knives from the 1990s that belonged to my aunt. They were all stored in their original boxes but some of handles I noticed had cracked. I was hard pressed to toss them so instead I sent them back and the 5 of the 8 piece set were replaced identical that you could not tell them a part aside from the packaging. I recently gave them to my son who just purchased a home and he loves them. Thank you Wusthof, you now have two loyal customers who will carry on the tradition!!

I have had my 6" chefs knife for many years and the wooden handle got two hairline cracks in it. I sent the knife back and it took awhile to receive the new one as it was back ordered. The Customer Service people were outstanding and I highly recommend their outstanding knives. They replaced my knife without any issue once I had returned it.

Nicole was very knowledgeable of the products. She found what I was looking for and got the payment plus shipping info she needed all in a five minute phone call. I ended up getting the knife I wanted for about 40% of retail price. If you buy wusthof products anywhere else youre making a mistake.
