Bought over two hundred dollars of clothes today, some of which were extremely wrinkled. I asked that the sales associate steam a few of the tops and she went into the back. My grandma was in the back of the store and overheard the manager telling the sales associate to tell me the steamer was broken because no one felt like steaming. Awful service and rude staff.
