Im warning you all right now; do not come to this location unless youd like to be robbed blind. I wanted to return a galaxy s5 alpha within the 14 day term. The representative that handled my request was Mehdi Ghanbarian. This malicious con artist fulfilled the return but for absolutely no reason whatsoever, removed my grandfathered unlimited plan and replaced it with 3GB data plan. I didnt notice it until an automated receipt hit my mailbox detailing our transaction which states, "Deleted Mobile Ins Premium, Added datapro 3G for Iphone". Im beyond livid and down right sick to my stomach over how deceiving that little troll was; making such a drastic change without evening uttering a word about it! Well its cool man, youre fortunate (at least you can hope so for now) Im in the midst of getting this resolved and filing a complaint against you; they promised me actions will be taken but well soon see. I dont care what it takes either; Ill go to the ends of the earth over this one. The liars at the store claimed this kind of thing, "happens all the time" and "was the result of a common glitch". AT&T corporate (who I had dialed in on three way), not only informed me its impossible to switch a plan via glitch but also stated it has to be intentionally processed in order to make those changes. There is no way it can happen otherwise and thats direct from a corporate manager. Like I said, do not in your right mind come to this location and run the risk of losing your plan or in the least, suffer the tremendous inconvenience I have in fighting this bull.

I wish I could give zero stars. The staff is incompetent and poorly trained on promos. They do not understand the switcher program. Beware, they will tell you that you will receive $650 in credits and gift cards, but you will not. They do not understand that the trade-in credit you receive for your current phone is deducted from the visa gift card rebate that you get for the cancelation fees that you paid to your precious carrier. I had a sheet of paper that the sales rep wrote out stating I would receive a $300 gift card, but AT&T rebate center said I will only get $50 and the store manager said there was nothing she could do. And you will not find this out until 4 months later, so they lie to you and you are stuck with AT&Ts terrible service coverage until you finish paying off your new phone.

they are a bunch of clowns, they are so inneficient, the only thing they accomplished was to waste 30 mins of my life that Ill never get back, never ever again! Btw I got screwed up by at&t back in the 2009 with a LG neon, the service, no internet, I got only one bar and I never got to use internet, I returned it in less than 4 hours and they took the phone back and I still got billed for the whole month! I shouldnt be that naive to give them a chance after 8 years, never ever again clowns!

My experience at the store was great until I received all of my bills. The salesman (the manager actually who helped the salesman) promised me many things and turns out he lied about everything. Not only did he screw me on my monthly bill, I asked several questions to make sure I was doing the right thing and he lied straight to my face! I will never return to this store again and it really makes me not want to work with any AT&T store salesmen.

Terrible customer service. The employees dont know how to use their internal system and the manager isnt much better either. I waited for 30 min to make an update to my account. They gave me an attitude and said couldnt do it. The guy serviced me acted like he was the king and that I didnt know anything. Avoid this store at all cost.
