The previous administration screwed me badly; they were very dishonest people. I went recently to complain about it and the new clerk tried to do exactly the same thing the previous clerk did. In the past, every time I qualified for an update, they told me that the new phone came with a free tablet. I said that I did not need it but Jessica the clerk at that time insisted I should take it because it was free so I took it. I I never used the tablets; just recently I realized that all this time, att had been charging me for having the tablets. I went to complain about it and also to get another phone. mine have been overheating. The new clerk, told me that my only option to get another phone is to get another free tablet that comes with the phone. I left very upset. I called AtT and told me that it was not true. Att send me a new phone by mail and to apologize for what this people did, they lowered my bill significantly. Anyway, this new management is as dishonest as the previous one. Dont go there if you dont want to be screwed

bad store! I came to this store in 2011 to open an account of family plan. since I dont have SSN at that time I paid $500 deposit each line (total 5 lines). in July 2012 I received the deposit back for only 3 lines but the other 2 lines ($1000) I havent received yet (April 2013). I called AT&T and they said they dont have the record of these 2 deposits but when I went to this local store the record IS on the computer. the staff said he will update the record to the ATT system. One week later I called ATT customer service and they said they still dont have the record. I came to the store more than 5 times after that, sometimes they said the manager is not there and they dont know anything and sometimes they said they will deal with it. but until now nothing is really done. even I asked ATT customer care to contact the store a couple of times still nothing happened. I really dont know why this simple dismatch between ATT system and local store exist so long time and cant be solved.

Stay away from this place. They will find ways to load you up with hidden fees and charges while lying to you about what you will get. I walked in to see if my phone was eligible for an upgrade. The woman there said yes, and that I could also consolidate my wifes plan with mine for less than we were paying separately with no additional cost. Also, shell throw two tablets for the kids. The new phone never arrives. I call her three times. Everytime shes out and never returns my call. I call AT&T and they say I am not eligible for an upgrade and they dont know why she would have told me that. A month later I get my bill from AT&T and I have a $757 in charges. All kinds of activation fees. The "free" tablets have expensive monthly fees and activation charges. Awful business practices. Its a mess of red tape to get through now.

Stay away from this store! Went to buy a new cell...was lied to, taken advantage of. Then one year later I needed a replacement cell (Had insurance) big joke. Ended up with a tablet that I was charged $104.00 and was charged for activation, which I didnt want. Returned the tablet and at&t will not refund me...said that the sore had to do it...store just canceled the tablet but I am still being charged. Keep on mind that these stores are franchises and that at&t does not monitor them. What a moron I was for going back! Dishonest retailer! My bill is $ 123.00 higher than before. They are full of lies AND misinformation.

Amazing customer service thank god they are under new management both Nelson and Tom were super nice and knowledgeable about all services and devices. I used to go to this store and I was very upset about how I was treated and how my bill came they were actually able to switch around my phone bill save me money on getting my and my wifes phone! Definitely have won back a customer for life!

This store is getting much better. I really disliked the earlier management staff - I felt they were distrustful and sometimes downright dishonest. But lately Ive been really pleased with the help I get there. The last few times Ive been in, I feel like they really listened to me and didnt just try to sell me stuff I didnt want or need.

Best experience I ever had Malik and viraj where the best At&t employees at an At&t store I ever had they completely took care of me and got me cable at a very cheap price and got me a brand new iPhone for free you guys need to definitely check them out.

The new owner is wonderful! He helped me and my husband upgrade our outdated phones, took the time to compare plan options and helped switch account managers to get us the best discount. we will definitely be back.

Tried to bait and switch me. Negotiated deal for 40 minutes then right before we ready to sign says I have to switch my tv service. Would never recommend, horrible service.
