I had a bad experience with this store over the phone that ended with the Sprint representative cursing (at me?). During the call the representative refused to tell me about the promotion I asked for, and instead asked how much I paid currently and tried to push a more expensive option (that I had not asked for). The Sprint store at the mall (Smithaven) was more helpful. Maybe its something about this location - the Verizon store at this location was horrific too.

i always go here they are all very helpful and always work with you to help you out. i have never had an issue with them i recommend everyone to go there the manager and sales rep are very sweet and always provide me with all the info i need and answer all my questions! they went out of there way to help me or anyone that i have recommend.
