My Sprint Note 4 needs a new battery first visit goes great. They promise me the battery by monday following week. I come in following week 7 days exact and they tell me they sent my battery back to sprint. When I asked for an explanation they told me they can do w.e they like. When asked if they would order me a new battery the owner with a scruffy beard interupts & says to his manager that phones not covered by this store even if he has insurance. He than informed me I should not have wasted my time in his store to go to corporate sprint in the smith haven mall. Really hate writing bad reveiews but other people shouldnt waste there time here.

Got a new Iphone from Rob after I dropped mine in water. They cleaned it up and I purchased a new one the rep even told me I should wait for the * to come out but I didnt want to wait......They put a new battery and screen in my old phone to get my contacts and pictures they really went above and beyond for me. The Mount Sinai Store wouldnt even open my account unless I said I was buying something . Dont go anywhere else but Port Jeff These guys actually want to help.

I think the store is horrible. I have been having issues with Sprint for over a year now and they have got absolutely none of my issues resolved. They sent my account into collections and wont even give us a reason why they sent this to the collections. And they wont work with us at all on any of our issues. They keep telling us that theyre going to resolve our issues but its been a year and they havent resolved anything.

Dont go here unless you want to wind up paying more for your monthly bill then what these idiots tell you. They told me I would pay $5 a month for all of our phones due to the promotion they were running and that was false. I was billed for $15 a month which upped the bill by $40. I came to Sprint to save money from Verizon but I wound up paying about the same price as Verizon so I left.

Never feel like Im being ripped off here they let me choose what I need and dont need they never try to ram things down my throat like some of those other stores they also arent pushy sales people and let you decide at your own pace. Got my new phone and case from Rob he gave me a discount and transfered my info great guys!!!

Always helpful fixed my bill couldnt cancel my contract but hey I got tricked by smith haven. These guys at least had the courtesy to apply my discount no other store would even take the time to help just told me it fax it myself. Robert and Evert are good guys.

Upgraded my phone they made me aware sprint was billing me for something i didnt need they helped remove it from my account and blocked it for me so i wouldnt get charged anymore they actually seem to care about saving money instead of just making a sale

Made my upgrade easy and fast transferred all my info for me too unlike the store at the mall. These are the same two guys i see there everytime I go other stores youll see a different face every time, Port Jeff is my new and only store.

Robert genuinely seemed to cared about resolving my phone issues. He got me a new phone last month and still was able to lower my bill. The Corporate store told me my bill would increase by $17. Ill never go anywhere else!!!!
