I came to this store to switch over from Verizon I wanted 2 Galaxies for the 50% off deal going on. The guy Vinny told me the only way to get this deal was to buy 3 more cheap galaxy J3 or something like that I told him I didnt need nor have 3 other people for them he said Dont worry its free well i got my bill and it Wasnt free. I went to another store down the road and the gentlemen there told me the 3 extra lines were not required and that they basically just lied to get the extra sales. I called Sprint on these guys and got my 3 lines cancelled and reported them for fraud. If it wasnt for the caring Sprint reps at the other store and over the phone I would have went back to Verizon. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!!!!!

It has been a long time since I have been blown away by a small business in not just our area but in general so I felt it necessary to share. The sprint store at the king kullen shopping center is so above and beyond incredible. General manager Sagar was incredible. I cant recommend this store enough. I switch over from another carrier. I had an issue on my end and the actions they took where just above and beyond.

This Specific Sprint Location is Amazing I never have isuues with any of my 5 lines. There is never a question that is Un-answered, One employee in particular Sagar is Amazing he is very professional and has great knowledge on all Merchandise that is currently in stock and up and coming Merchandise. He goes above and beyond to exceed his Job description and duties, and makes sure that everything is perfect.

Went to the store to with a water damaged Iphone the guy vinny tried to sell me a new one right away and then I asked what about my info on the phone he said sorry we cant with that......I had pictures of my new born on there they didnt care the least bit. Ill take my business elsewhere STAY AWAY FROM THESE GREEDY SALES REPS

Bunch of scammers. They will say anything to get you to buy. Lied about prices. Added a line on my account without my knowing. They said they were buying me out from Verizon and never reimbursed me for switching over. Dont go this this store find a real corporate store!!!!!

Made me change my number to get somw deal stopped at the mall store turns out i didnt have to change my number of 10 years to get the deal they just lied to me for whatever reason i guess they get paid more commission. Scam Artists ill never go back

Great Service! Switched From verizon and these guys made everything very easy for me. I was worried i would have to transfer my Data on all 5 phones myself but they did it all and very fast. Great Reps will only go here!
