The absolute worst customer service. If you didnt buy the phone from them they will not help you. There was one tech in training Jonathan T . who was the most helpful when I went the day before. I had to follow up with a replacement phone the next day but was met with a snotty kid with a permanent smirk on his face while he typed 700 words a minute and never looked up to address me other then speak the same line they must give all the customers , and said we cant help because they are a third party and you didnt get the phone from us. I was confused because it said Sprint on the front of the building. This store is an absolute poor representation of Sprint and should have their franchise license revoked. I will write a letter to corporate about not just this experience but several poor experiences I had at this store. It looks like the only purpose of the store is for people to pay their bill as thats the only people I see in here. Call Sprint direct or go to the store in orange to get your issues resolved. I have always gotten the best service and my problems resolved in orange. The only reason I keep punishing myself going to this nightmare of a store is it is close to my business, convenience . In the future I will drive the extra 10 minutes. If you want your problems resolved go to any other store but this one . Save yourself the headache and aggregation .

REDDEVIL ON A GIXXER
ANOTHER DISAPPOINTING STORE!!! I went here a few months ago, I had issues with the battery and my screen on my galaxy edge 6. From the store in Boston post rd by best buy sent me there for repairs. They ordered me a new phone, 2 days later I went back they switched the phones when I walked out the store I realized it had bad pixels on the screen so I went right back in they looked at it and said they had to replace it again. Now I have a galaxy s7 edge my screen has some dark lines going across and they told me its dead pixels but cant replace it cause I already had 2 replacements in a year which I didnt I had one and they gave me a messed up phone and they saw it same day. Now I have to pay to have my phone replaced which is bull crap. I explained to them and they said they cant help me cause they dont know who was the one that helped me (he wasnt there). They said that they had to talk to the "higher ups" only they could change it which I know is total Bullshit. So now I have a phone with a bad screen cause Im not giving them any of my money, but as soon as I can I will get rid of them. Not giving my money to them any more.

My wifes phone was not taking a charge via charging cable it was however charging with a wireless charger. (Galaxy Note 5) They said something in the phone disconnects on these phones (Note 5). They took her phone apart and did the repair at no charge the same day. They were very curious and professional. I would absolutely feel confident going there again for a repair. They did not have many varieties of phones there to sell though. I think this is a good tech store for people having problems with their cell phones. As for sales, Id probably go to another location.

The worst customer service in the world. I have the samsung note 7 which is recalled. And basically I restricted to down grade to another samsung phone? Please close this down or hire some people who are educated in the business.
