I normally do not like to go into an AT&T store, or any carriers stores (I have been to several for Verizon and some others). I usually feel like other stores staff are just waiting for the next piece of meat to walk in. This store is different somehow. Theyre friendly, patient, and happy to just answer questions even if they know you will not be buying anything. I will drive out if my way to this store when I need to visit an AT&T location. And I like this store better than the one inside the mall. I wish I understood why they have 2 stores so close together. Only reasons I didnt give 5 stars is based on comparison to Best Buy Mobile: better hours, locations, and product selection. This is the only AT&T store Ive visited where I would say the staff is as good as Best Buy Mobile.

Most unhelpful and disgusting staff I have ever seen.I really hope someone would take a serious action upon them for their rude behavior with customers. I have a large business account with AT &T for years and shocked to have experienced such an offensive treatment from the staff at this store. Be warned and avoid the store at any cost.I regret the visit which has ruined my day!
