I would never recommend this store. I have been fighting with sprint for 2 months now to remove a device put on my account by this store. While doing an upgrade of my wifes phone salesman thru a box in her bag and told her it was a free promotion. That "free" promotion is costing me an extra 10.00 a month for something I will never use and he locked us into a 2 year contract on it. Even when asked before signing contract on phone upgrade why there was doubles of contract, we were told that is normal procedure for the phone upgrade. This is basically fraud, we were lied to even when asked. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!

Reps there are really helpful. and no wait time for repair. on spot had my phone fixed within in an hour and added a line for my daughter and she loves her phone and love the service they gave us. Love these guys. Always helpful

I HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY PHONE AND HAD GONE TO FEW DIFFERENT LOCATION. EVERYONE SUGGESTED ME TO GET NEW PHONE.. THE STORE AT GATEWAY PLAZA FIXED THE PROBLEM IN MY PHONE. NOW I CAN USE MY SAME PHONE. THANK GUYS

the seller isnt really honest when they are selling you the product. Since they are not an corporate store but an authorized retailer they do not follow the Sprint rules. So be aware.
