My wife and I went to the store this afternoon to activate a new phone and purchase /activate another. Upon entering we were not greeted by the employee for almost 20 minutes. Being the only person on staff I can understand being busy with two other customers but we did not feel welcome. For 45 minutes we stood around while two other people walked in and left. After finishing with one customer we were told to have a seat. He then proceeded to help the other customer without another word said to us other than "5 minutes" 15 minutes later. After spending an hour in the store and basically being ignoring we got up and left and werent even addressed as we walked out. we drove down the road the the Farmingville at&t store and were helped immediately. This was by far the worst customer service interaction Ive experienced in years. We will never go here again.

The guys there are so friendly my whole family deals with them too. My cousins drive all the way from riverhead to see them! Ive told my friends to go there because you can really trust theyre giving you the best deal. I ask a million questions and they answer them all lol

Ive been an AT&T customer in for years and this is the best store Ive been too. Hassan and Matt helped my Mom her new iphone last week and she new nothing about touchscreen before now shes in love. Finally off my back BC shes going in there all the time for her questions

Worst store to goto on the island, and I dont feel bad now that a lot more people feel the same way I went in here to switch to prepaid to get a cheaper plan the guy told me it will cost more to switch and he made up some bs story about it.
